In this experiment, Northeast Leymus chinense seeds were chosen as the research materials, the effect of different concentrations of gibberellin hormone, absorbent polymers, polyvinyl alcohol on germination and seedling growth of grass seeds, meantime the best concentrations for L. chinensis seed were flitted out, and then the vermiculite, kaolin and calcium carbonate were selected as the test coating materials and coating seeds and particle seed production were made by hand. Combined with indoor training and outdoor field cultivate test, the impacts of the different proportions of materials formula performance on seed germination, seedling growth, and MDA content were comparative studied. All above study can provide scientific and theoretical basis for improving seed germination conditions after seed coating. The results were showed that:1The germination rate and the vigor index by48h soaking of both Leymus chinensis cv.Jisheng and wild Leymus chinense were highest, compared to own control group, there were significantly different (p<0.05). Lower GA3concentration treatments all promoted the germination of two type seeds, while higher GA3concentration treatments inhibit the germination of two type seeds in varying degrees. The lengths of Leymus chinensis cv.Jisheng and wild Leymus chinensis young plant treated by300μ g/g GA3were longest, were12.39cm and14.06cm, separately, were significantly different from the lengths of their own control group (p<0.05). The germination index, germination potentiality and vigor index were promoted by low concentration of GA3, but inhibited by high concentration. The best concentrations of GA3with48h soaking for the germination of Leymus chinensis cv.Jisheng and wild Leymus chinensis seeds were300μ g/g.2, low concentration of PVA can maintain the germination characteristics while high concentration of PVA inhibited the seed germination.3%PVA treated had the best germination rate, germination potential and vigor index (p>0.05). Different concentrations of PVA were significantly promoted the L. chinensis seedling shoot length (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of all absorbent polymers treatments had different degree reduce, but the difference was not significant (p>0.05). The interaction effects of absorbent polymers and PVA adhesive on the germination rate and seedling growth index were most significantly. Comprehensive analysis, the best choice for L. chinensis seed germination and seedling growth was3%PVA and0.25%of the absorbent polymers.3In indoors and pot experiments, compared with control group, the germination rate of each coated seeds treatment group had different degree reduce. In each program the formula4had the highest germination rate. The germination of formula4of porogram lin indoor and outdoor cultivate compared with control group had no significant difference(P>0.05). Particle treatments had significantly higher germination rate. The field experimental results show that the coating and particle treatments all significantly improved the ratio adult seedlings and emergence of L. chinensis and seedling fresh weight.The emergence and seedling rate of particle handling was significantly higher than the coating and control group.
