In the grape growing industry in China,grape pruning technology,is still dominated bymanual operation,and low productivity.Of machinery not grape pruning job in China,inresponse to this situation,trimming research at home and abroad for reference in this articleon the basis of the status quo,developed a small grape cutting machine and its theoreticalanalysis and experimental research on the key technology.Function in the grape pruning grapes while trimming done quickly,not only save a lot ofmanpower,improve labor productivity,reduce labor intensity,but to achievecontinuous,efficient,mechanized operations.Main rack,cutting systems,cutter machinedriven,hydraulic system,azimuth control system composition.By theoretical calculationthrough the selection of parts,primarily includes cutting knife,crank-slider mechanism,hydraulic motor,hydraulic cylinder,etc.In order to improve work efficiency,added automaticextension and contraction of the telescopic boom features,at the same time the mowingmachine design width and angle adjusting device,can adjust the width and angle of the job sothat it better finished pruning job.Main contents of the study include:(1) This article on pruning grape experimental study on mechanical characteristics ofthe stems. Analysis of flexural modulus with grape-stalk stem water content changes,andcurve fitting to data,establishment of the modulus of elasticity-grape stalk-mathematicalmodel of moisture;Grape-stalk-cutting test,analysis of a grape stem diameter,angle of theblade for maximum cutting force,cutting speed and unit cutting force of impact.(2) Using limited Yuan analysis software ANSYS,and for telescopic arm full stretchand the full shrink two station for has dynamics die state analysis,analysis has low ordervibration die State on telescopic arm structure of effect,are has its vibration die Statecharacteristics,on telescopic arm for has structure topology optimization design,andcombination technology sexual and economic sexual made has structure improved ofprogramme,for telescopic arm structure of reliability and the rationality design provides hasreference.(3) On movement of slider-crank mechanism based on Pro/E software module ofmechanism motion simulation in numerical simulation of Mechanism,and transporting simulation curve,intuitive,visually the curves reflected the movement of slider-crankmechanism.Draw analysis results provide a reliable basis for follow-up calculation.Cansignificantly reduce the cost of manufacturing and testing of the prototype,shortening thedevelopment cycle,provides protection for fast listing of products.(4) The machinery involves more parts,calculation is more complex,using qualitycharacteristics of Pro/E’s capabilities for parts of the mass,can greatly reduce the cost ofmanufacturing and testing of the prototype,shortening the development cycle,providesprotection for fast listing of products.
