Aquatic weed cutter is a kind of environmental machine that maintains ecosystem through Mechanical way to cut marshy weeds, so it is significant to research and develop the Weed cutting boat.The propeller of Aquatic weed cutter--9GSCC-1.4 is adopted design of the paddle board structure. According to the kinetic characteristic of propeller, to use SQP method of MATLAB to optimize the promotion of efficiency determined the structure size of paddle, made to promote efficiency byη=21.56%up toη=55.4%.According to the Optimized structure size, the aquatic weed cutter is designed to hydraulic system of calculation and selection,at the same time, through the Pro / E software to establish the three-dimensional model of paddle propeller that is the same with physical prototype, and simulate the real movement after assembly, then doing interference tests.The model will be imported into ADAMS software through MECH / Pro, the interface module Pro / E and ADAMS. Through defining quality and moment of inertia of the solid model and imposing constraints for the various components to build the virtual prototype of sub-modules. Doing the kinematics and dynamics simulation to propeller, then utilize the result of simulation, as the boundary conditions imposed at the round body parts, to do finite element analysis. Gaining the distribution of stress and strain the moment when paddle propeller is forced in high-amplitude which provides a reliable basis for the aquatic weed cutter as well as provide reference data for the design of studies.
