This test is designed to add different levels of antimicrobial peptides on broiler toresearch the nutrient utilization, production performance, cecal microbes, and theimmune performance on the impact of antimicrobial peptides in the promotion ofnutrient digestibility, absorption rate, improve the mechanism of the role of intestinalhealth;Test one: add different levels of antimicrobial peptides on chicken intestinal pH,slaughter performance, gastrointestinal flora, the immune properties of impact studies.Selecting the21-day-old AA broiler about480and dividing it into six treatments withfour replicates of20. Treatment1: control (no added antibiotics and antimicrobialpeptides); treatment2: Based on the control, the diets supplemented with20mg/kgpolymyxin;, the other control add250,500,1000,2000mg/kg peptide. The resultsshow that: adding1000mg/kg, broiler jejunum when the pH of antimicrobialpeptides than the control group (P <0.05); adding500mg/kg,1000mg/kg and2000mg/kg peptide gland can reduce the broiler gastric pH (P <0.05). Adding1000mg/kg colistin antimicrobial peptides and compared with the control group decreased by21-day-old broiler chickens the total number of aerobic bacteria in the cecum (P<0.05); add1000mg/kg,2000mg/kg peptide and compared with the control groupwere lower than the number of broiler cecal E. coli (P <0.05); adding2000mg/kgpeptide42-day-old broiler chickens enough to reduce the total number of cecalaerobic bacteria (P <0.05); adding1000mg/kg,2000mg/kg compared with the control group of antimicrobial peptides can reduce the number of E. coli in the cecum(P <0.05). The results also showed that:21days of age, adding antimicrobial peptidesto improve broiler thymus index (P <0.05); Adding250,1000,2000mg/kg whencompared with the control peptide can improve broiler spleen index (P <0.05); adding2000mg/kg cecropin enough red blood cells in the blood increase the total numberof broilers (P <0.05); adding500mg/kg,2000mg/kg peptide enough to increasethe number of broiler blood lymphocytes (P <0.05.)Test two: adding different levels of antimicrobial peptides on nutrient utilizationof broilers impact studies. Select the42-day-old AA broiler about48, were randomlydivided into seven treatments with four replicates of two. Experimental design:1asthe control treatment (no antibiotics and antimicrobial peptides); antibiotic treatment2control, diets supplemented with20mg/kg polymyxin; processing3--6experimentalgroup, on the basis of the treatment1were added250,500,1000,2000mg/kg peptide;handle7to endogenous control. The results show that: adding2000mg/kg ofantimicrobial peptides, can significantly improve broiler crude protein, DM andnutrients really apparent metabolic rate metabolic rate (P <0.05); adding1000mg/kg,2000mg/kg peptide, the experimental group and colistin group of crude protein andDM metabolic rate significantly different (P <0.05). the effect of antimicrobialpeptides well than colistin group.Test three: adding different levels of antimicrobial peptides in large groupfeeding on broiler performance under the impact of research. Select1-day-old AAbroiler4500is divided into six treatments with five replicates of150. Test is dividedinto meat chicken (0-3weeks) stage and a large chicken meat (3-6weeks) phase. Treatment1as the control group (no antimicrobial peptides and antibiotics);2,on thebasis of1treatment to add colistin20mg/kg; the other treatment based on thecontrol were added250,500,1000,2000mg/kg peptide. The results show that: dietspolymyxin and antimicrobial peptide, significantly improved broiler slaughter weight, food intake and survival rate, lower feed conversion ratio (P <0.05), and withincreased levels of antimicrobial peptides are added to improve the effect of linear (P<0.05), add2000mg/kg significantly different when the peptide (P <0.05). Meatchicken broiler diets increased slaughter weight antimicrobial peptides and foodintake, reduced feed conversion ratio (P <0.05); big meat chicken diets supplementedwith polymyxin and antimicrobial peptides, are to improve broiler slaughter weight, eating volume, lower feed conversion ratio (P <0.05).To sum up: antimicrobial peptides can replace antibiotics used in this study(colistin) role in improving intestinal health, nutrient utilization, feed conversion ratio, production performance and reduce intestinal diseases, enhance the body immunity.
