Taking the Songnenplain saline soil in Daqing city Zhaozhou County as the research object, using corn as indicator plant, research different test materials how to effect the soil physical, chemical, biological properties, maize yield and economic benefit through experiment of the field experiment and indoor analysis. In order to provide valuable reference data on the improving of saline-alkali from the study about the improvement of physical properties, chemical properties and the increasing of yield, explore the area of salinity-alkalinity upland fertilizer, finally, to realize the purpose of the sustainable and high efficiency utilization of saline alkali land.The test consists of biological fertilizer area with lower nitrogen and chemical improver district. The field experiment consisted of eighteen processings with three replications in a18×3completely randomized block design, combining the change of soil physical properties,chernical properties and biological properties, summarizes the corresponding laws, the main results are as follows:1. Microorganism with different soil nitrogen fertilizer level can improve soil urease activity, available nitrogen, CEC, and reduce soil total salt content, pH and ESPeffectively. Especially in N2(80%N+biological fertilizer) levels, the effect of soil improvement is the best.2. Different chemical improvers were able to increase soil permeability and soil field capacity, reduce soil pH, reduce soil total salt content, increase CEC, reduce ESP in different extent. Overall, Aluminum sulfate is best on improving soil physicochemical characters.3. With the different application rate of chemical improver, the improving effect of soil physicochemical characters are different. When application rate of Aluminum sulfate is454.6kg/hm2, Gypsum is2666.7kg/hm2, Zeolite is3000kg/hm2, PAM is625.000kg/hm2,the improving effect of soil physicochemical characters are the best.4. Maize yield with different treatment have different degrees of improvement contrast to CK. In the ares of microbial fertilizer with lower nitrogen levels, the maize yield of N2(80%N+biological fertilizer, maize yields) was the highest; in chemicals improved ares, processing of S2(Gypsum,2666.67kg/hm2)has the highest yield,but has no significant difference with processing of L1(Al2(SO4)3,454.55kg/hm2) processing.5. By analysing the experimental result, obtains the combination of saline-alkalinity upland fertilizer formula, namely every one ton of fertilizer, contains biological fertilizer14kg/t, Aluminum sulfate490kg/t, Urea123kg/t, Diammonium phosphate228kg/t, Potassium sulfate145kg/t.
