| In this experiment,12to17weeks JinDing Ducks in diets to study the different levels of tryptophan on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes in order to determine the corn-soybean meal diet of JinDing Ducks fed tryptophan.The optimum dosage, provide a theoretical basis for the actual production, thus speeding up the pace of the domestic application of tryptophan additives to promote the development of feed industry and animal husbandry.Single factor completely randomized experimental group design, select18012weeks aged JinDing ducks were randomly divided into five treatment groups, each dealing with6replicates of6chickens.Group â… was the control group fed on corn-soybean meal based diet, group â…¡,group â…¢, group â…£,group V as test group were fed0.22%,0.24%,0.26%,0.30%Tryptophan diet.During the trial, weighed and recorded feed intake every two weeks,17weekend when the blood tests were conducted blood biochemical parameters were measured,and determination of the immune organs and general organs.1. The level of dietary tryptophan have influenced on reserve ducks daily gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio.2. Tryptophan in diet can significantly affect triiodothyronine (T3),thyroxin (T4) and insuoin(Ins)(P<0.05), however not significantly affect growth hormone (GH).And the appropriate level is0.249%-0.258%.3. Tryptophan in diet can significantly increase liver CAT, serum SOD,serum T-AOC and liver T-AOC(P<0.05),can significantly lower serum MDA and liver MDA(P<0.05),however not significantly affect serum CAT, serum SOD, serum GSH-PX and liver GSH-PX.And the appropriate level is0.250%-0.267%.4. Tryptophan in diet can significantly increase IL-2, IgA, IgG,(P<0.05); and it can significantly lower Cort, IgM (P<0.05). A level of0.251%~0.269%was the best.5. LH(P<0.05) and P4(P<0.05) were significantly influenced by trypophan, However FSH(P>0.05) and E2(P>0.05) were not significantly influenced by trypophan.And the appropriate level is0.242%~0.260%.6. There were significantly effect on TP, ALB and ALP (P<0.05). Tryptophan in diet can significantly lower BUN, TG and GLU (P<0.05). However trypophan not significantly affect TC and LDH(P>0.05).And the appropriate level is0.256%~0.270%.7. Tryptophan in diet can significantly increase thymus weight,spleen weight and bursa weight(P<0.05).Thymus index, spleen index and bursa index(P<0.05) were significantly influenced by trypophan.A level of tryptophan is0.252%-0.255%.8. Tryptophan in diet can significantly increase ovarian weight index, oviduct weight index and oviduct length index (P<0.05).But ovarian weight, oviduct weight and oviduct length (P>0.05) were not significantly influenced by trypophan.And the appropriate level is0.247%~0.250%. |
