This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different doses of cysteamine hydrochloride on growth performance, immune organ indicators, cecal microorganism and serum biochemical indicators of AA broilers.720 healthy broilers (1d of age) were allocated to 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate. The experiment lasted for 42 days, included prior period(1~21d) and later period(22-42d).Control group was fed the basal diet. The diet of experimental group was added 30mg/kg,60mg/kg,90mg/kg,120mg/kg,180mg/kg of Avianin Plus Supplementation (APS) cysteamine hydrochloride based on basal diet. The results showed that (1)there was a trend of improving AA broiler growth performance by supplementing cysteamine hydrochloride in diet. Compared with the control group, average daily gain (ADG) of broiders in group that was fed experimental diet of basal diet with 90mg/kg cysteamine hydrochloride was increased by 3.15%) in the whole period and feed conversion ratio (FCR) was decreased by 3.31%(P<0.05) in the prior period. Leg muscle ratio (LMR) was increased by 5.63% and leaf fat ratio (LFR) was decreased by 17.28% at day 42nd; The thymus index (TI) was significantly increased by 77.5%(P<0.05) at day 42nd; Serum albumin(ALB) level increased 16.23% significantly (P<0.05); Serum globulin(GLB) level was decreased by 22.51% and the rate of albumin/globular (A/G)increased by 50.76% in prior period; The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was decreased highly significantly (P<0.01) in later period(22~42d); The result of economic analysis indicated that the profit was increased by 9.27% compared with the control group. (2) Compared with the control group, the cecum microbial community structure of the group added 30 mg/kg cysteamine hydrochloride was better; The amounts of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were increased highly significantly (P<0.01) by 144.44% and 84.38% respectively in later period (22-42d). (3)Compared to the control group, the mortality of the group the group added 60 mg/kg cysteamine hydrochloride was decreased. the ALB level and A/G were increased by 12.26 and 50.00%(P<0.01) respectively and the GLB level was decreased by 26.53%(P<0.01), the profit was increased by 10.52%.According to these results we suggest that APS added in 60 or 90mg/kg level in AA broiler diet were suitable.
