The temperature of northeast of China is low in winter, the rate of maturity is slow after straw returning, so a large number of straw returning will have a negative impact on crops’growth and development.In this study, the imported straw rapid composting agent used in rice production, during the rice growth period, measured and analyzed the morphological indexes and yield of the rice growth,in order to provide theoretical reference of straw rapid composting agent which applicate in agricultural production.The main findings are as follows:Straw to field after sprayed with rapid composting agent had a significant effect on rice yield,sprayed with200g/acre and250g/acre straw rapid composting agent make the rice yield increased by8.1%and8.2%compared with which did not sprayed any.Straw to field after sprayed with rapid composting agent had a significant increase in rice panicles、grain number and seed setting rate and had no significant effect on thousand grain weight.The straw to field after sprayed200g/acre and250g/acre rapid composting agent can significantly increase the rice leaf area in the jointing stage.The straw to field after sprayed rapid composting agent can significantly increased the rice leaf area in the grain filling stage,and increased organic content from photosynthesis, lay the material foundation for increasing rice production.The straw to field after sprayed250g/acre rapid composting agent had a significant effect on dry weight of stem、leaf、sheath and spike of rice seedling.The concentration of250g/acre made the most significant effect.The straw to field after sprayed200g/acre and250g/acre rapid composting agent had a significant effect on soluble protein and soluble sugar content of rice.In rice grain filling stage,the soluble protein content increased by14.3%and16.8%compared with the non-spraying processing,soluble sugar content increased by56.5%and68.0%compared with the non-spraying processing.Straw to field after sprayed with200-250g/acres rapid composting agent affected chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight of rice leaf was extremely significant.Straw to field after sprayed rapid composting agent made the chlorophyll contend specific leaf weight and net photosynthetic rate of rice leaf increased by2.1%to27.0%、3.5%to7.6%and3.0%to7.7%compared to the non-spraying processing in the grain filling stage.
