China is the largest producer of rice, also is the largest rice consumer all over the world, but the accumulation of a large of straw and unreasonable processing caused the major influence to the environment. Utilization of microorganism and metabolism to promote straw corrosion returning the fertile field is a new type of straw treatment. This paper studies the product of straw rot agent of JinKuiZi biological technology Co.LTD. in Foshan city in guangdong province, and puts the stem rot as research object, after applying the straws corrosion, through detecting the basic indexes of the rice straw. To discuss the effect of straws corrosion on cellulose enzyme, half cellulose enzyme, polyphend oxidase, the succession of the microbial community, lignocellulose three components of the influence of the content in the rice straw stem rot in the process of decay solution in the straw, the main results are as follows:(1) the best additional content of stem rot agent is0.8%, the adding amount of the urea, as the best available source of N is1%. Adding straw rot agent can promote the color changes of rice straw, in14days, theirs color goes into dark brown and4days is in advance compared with blank control. At the same time, adding stem rot agent can promote the changes of the straw in the physical structure, after30days of closed constant temperature preservation, pull rate of the sample dealing is10%higher than blank.(2) Adding the stem rot agent in the straw enhances the production of cellulose enzyme and is increasing in the whole process of the fermentation, and reaches the maximum in12days. At this time,the energy of cut inside glucan enzyme in every gram of dry straw is4.49of unit U. Adding stem rot agent has obvious influence on the activity of the hemienzyme cellulose, and it is at high stabilible activity in the6-12days, but it falls on the12day. After9days’ adding the stem rot agent, polyphenoloxidase activity in the straw rises significantly, in18days, the enzymes living in per gram of dry samples is5.81of unit U. Earlier stage of adding the stem rot agent, straw bacteria volume increases significantly, which is losing out in9days, from9days on, fungi microorganism quantity is greater than blank sample. The microbial numbers of sample dealing is higher than the blank in the whole process of test. Adding stem rot agent can promote the wood cellulose degradation of the three components, the degradation velocity of cellulose has a marked change on the third day, the degradation rate reaches37.88%in18days; Hemicellulose degradation rate has a obvious trendy of increase in the whole process and is better than that of blank sample, the degradation rate reaches36.87%in18days; After6days’ adding the stem rot agent, the decomposition rate of lignin in the straw is greater than that of the blank, and reaches17.82%in18days.(3) After separation of mold in the straw, the both enhance the improvement of cellulose enzyme, half cellulose enzyme, polyphenoloxidase activity and the number of the microbial in the process of corrosion, but time phase that plays a major role in promoting have differences, the effect adding extra cellular of woodiness cellulose enzyme on degradation of the three components is more apparent.
