Five different straw decomposition maturing agent products were selected to study the effect of different straw decomposition maturing agent treatment on rice straw decomposition degree,soil physico-chemical properties and crop growth by Nylon mesh bags,bin simulation test and straw cover methods in this paper.The results could provide supports to select suitable decomposition maturing agent for local straw decomposition and promote straw returned to field.The main results are as follows:The results of nylon mesh bag experiment showed that straw weight loss rate positively correlated with incubation time,Straw weightlessness are significantly declined by straw decomposition maturing agent NO.1,No.2 and No.3.The results of bin simulation test demonstrated that straw decomposition maturing agent application could increase the rice straw temperature,averagely increasing 2-3?,the maximum increase of 7?,While direct application to farmland only increased 1?,with the maximum increase of 3?.The increasing temperatures in decomposition maturing agent No.1,No.3 and No.4 were consistent with direct inoculation of straw.On the contrary,the effects of No.5 is ahead of time,and the warming effect of decomposition maturing agent No.2 has been lower than of the control during the experiment.Meantime,the application of straw decomposition agent resulted in the increase of CO2 emission,and C02 concentration in the box increased about 50 ppmv per minute.CO2 emission during decomposition could reach 372ppmv per minute,and the time of CO2 emission time is consistent with that of straw decomposition.The CO2 emissions of decomposition maturing agent No.1,No.3 and No.5 significantly increased in the stage and were significantly different with the blank control.The application of decomposed straw to field demonstrated that straw declined soil pH value,and the content of organic matter and available nitrogen in soil was increased.However the effect on the available phosphorus and available potassium in different treated were different.The content of available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil was reduced.The content of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil was increased by straw mulching cultivation.The experiment of decomposed straw addition revealed that the production promotion of spinach and growth quality in the different treatments were different:decomposition maturing agent No.1 No.3 and No.5 significantly increased chlorophyll a,carrot pigment and soluble sugar protein and Vc content in the spinach of no significant effect,but litter effect on chlorophyll.In the straw covered cultivation,the potato plant height and potato yield in decomposition treatments were all higher than that of the control,but there was no significant difference in decomposition treatments It could be concluded that decomposition maturing agent No.1 and No.3 had advantages in improvement soil physical properties and enhancement of crop yield,but future researches are still needed.
