Research On Characteristics And Applications Of Multi-functional Sandwich Fertilizer

In this study, the indoor water absorption experiment, laboratory simulation leaching experiment, indoor culture experiment and field trials were used to research the water absorptions, nutrient release characteristics, impact on soil fertility in field,corn reproductive traits and yield of three types multi-functional sandwich fertilizers(OMA-coating was cow dung; OMB-coating was leaf; OMC-coating was turf). The results were as following:The main absorbent periods of three multi-functional sandwich fertilizers(OMA,OMB, OMC) were70min after absorbing water, the absorption capacity of sandwich fertilizer OMA was the strongest, OMC follow by, OMB weakest.The main dehydration periods of sandwich fertilizers were8d after dehydration,during these period,the Volume change rates of sandwich fertilizers were OMC>OMA>OMB, the Quality change rates of sandwich fertilizers were OMA>OMB>OMC;Ammonia emission curves, nitrogen and potassium leaching release curves of multi-functional sandwich fertilizers all showed "S" types; Nutrient release of the three sandwich fertilizers were gentle, and the release peaks mainly lag behind control, only total phosphorus were about the same as the control, between the three kinds of sandwich fertilizers, Only the nutrient nitrogen had different releasing peaks, who used the cow dung as coat had the latest releasing peaks, used leaf followed by, used turf were the earliest, and there were little differences in other nutrients, organic matter leaching were tested peak shape changes, and peak number of more, cumulative leaching curves showed a slight increase state, Throughout the leaching process of leaching amounts of organic matter:OMC>CKF>OMB>OMA;On the vertical plane of the multi-functional sandwich fertilizer leaching soil, pH whole fell from top to bottom, from the fertilization center to the edge, the pH of four treatments increases first and then smaller, but did not change significantly; Organic matter contents in the top of the fertilization center change were small, the following were bigger, OMC processing had the sharpest organic matter changes, on the fertilization horizontal plane,OMA had high organic matter content3-6cm away from the fertilization center, and other processing content were quite, and changed a little; Total nitrogen content differences above the fertilization center plane were big, and below were small, OMC processing had the highest total nitrogen content in the top of the fertilization center,OMA态OMB followed by, control CKF the worst.The total nitrogen content of fertilizer horizontal plane as a whole was OMC>OMB>CKF> OMA,treatment OMA, OMB had smaller differences in fertilization center plane, treatment OMC, CKF more obvious; There was no significant difference in the distribution law of total phosphorus in the vertical direction, on fertilization level surface, the process of OMA,OMB from fertilization center to the edge, its total phosphorus kept increasing,while OMC, CKF processing continued to fall; Total potassium content in the vertical direction changed little, at the top of the fertilization center, the control treatment had a higher potassium content; On fertilization level surface, from the fertilization center to the edge, total potassium content of the OMA, OMC processing kept rising, the OMB processing continued to decline, the control treatment CKF changed a little.To the field experiment soil, from fertilization center to distance fertilization center10cm, pH of the three sandwich fertilizers all continued to rise, and the control was decreased and then increased; The field soil of treatment OMC had the higher organic matter content, from fertilization center to distance fertilization center10cm, the content continued to rise, and the other treatments had lower organic matter content, changes were not evident; Different sandwich fertilizers applied into the soil, the differences of nitrogen content in horizontal direction were relatively small; On the whole, nitrogen content of field soil, treatment OMA>OMC>OMB>CKF. The different sandwich fertilizers had big affect to available phosphorus and potassium content in horizontal direction of field soil. Under the four treatments, the differences of available phosphorus content in horizontal direction were apparent, the potassium content were much higher than control; View from the full effect of nutrients of field soil in horizontal direction,Application of multi-functional sandwich fertilizer could enhance the full effect of NPK content to a certain extent, but there were little differences between themselves,their contents and changes were roughly the same;Ear length, ear diameter, ear row number, Kernel number per row, kernel weight and other Yield components Value of corn that had been dealed with multi-functional sandwich fertilizer were superior to the control treatment, its production were2%-10%,5%-12%,9%-18%higher than control treatments in the past three years respectively, and among multi-functional sandwich fertilizers, their production was always the OMA> OMC> OMB> CKF.
