Effects Of Different Water And Fertilizer Rates On Growth Physiological,Nutrient Absorption,Yield And Quality Of Celery Under Drip Irrigation Condition

The test was carried out in the Daba Village in Chengguan Town,Yongchang County,Jinchang City,Gansu Province.In this test,the local traditional irrigation(flood irrigation)and fertilization were set as control(CK),drip irrigation technology was used and the three irrigation levels were set up:W1(total irrigation amount:1650m3.hm-2),W2(reduced 15%by W1),and W3(reduced 30%by W1),three fertilization levels:F1(N 276 kg.hm-2,P2O5144 kg.hm-2,K2O 234 kg.hm-2),F2(reduced by 15%of F1)and F3(reduced by 30%of F1).Tatol 10 groups of irrigation and fertilization were set up.The morphological and physiological characteristics the nutrient absorption status and the yield and quality of celery,and the activity of the enzymes in the soil were studied under the conditions of different water and fertilizer supply.The main results were as follows:1.Compared with CK,the treatment of W1F2 significantly increased the height and stem diameter of celery by 19.1%and 7.1%higher than that in CK respectively.Under the same amount of fertilization,the treatment of W1 was beneficial to the growth of plant stem diameter and height.Under the same amount of irrigation,the treatment of F2 was beneficial to the growth of stem diameter and height.2.During the whole growth period,the celery root had the strongest activity on the 60th day,of which the highest root activity was in W1F2,which was 10.8%higher than CK.Under the same fertilization,the root activity gradually weakened with the amount of irrigation decreasing.Under the same irrigation,the root activity of the low fertilizer treatment(F3)was the weakest.The chlorophyll content of celery in W1F2 treatment was significantly higher than other treatments,and reached 2.85 mg.g-1 at 45 days after planting,which was 17%higher than CK.The chlorophyll b content of celery in treatment W2F1 was significantly higher than other treatments,and reached 1.38 mg.g-1 on 45 day after transplanting,which was 16.8%higher than CK.The chlorophyll b content of celery in W1F2 reached 1.28 mg.g-1,which was 10%higher than CK.3.The total nitrogen content of the treatment W1F2 was highest at 45 days after transplanting,reached the highest value of 9.19 kg.667m-2,which was 6.6%higher than CK.Under the same irrigation,the total nitrogen content in F2 was the highest,while the total nitrogen content in W1 was the highest at the same fertilization.Similarly,the total phosphorus content of celery in W1F2 on the 60 days after transplanting was the highest,reached 5.84 kg.667m-2,which was 26%higher than CK.In the same irrigation,the total phosphorus content of F3 was the lowest.Under the same amount of fertilization,the total phosphorus content of each treatment decreased with the amount of irrigation decreasing.On the 45 days after transplanting,the total potassium content in shoot of W1F2 was the highest,reached 18.8 kg.667m-2,20%higher than CK.The total potassium content in F2 was the highest at the same irrigation.The total potassium content in low water treatment(W3)was the lowest when the same of fertilization was applied.4.The activities of urease and sucrase were the highest in treatment W1F1,which were15%and 10%higher than CK respectively.At the same irrigation,urease and sucrase activity decreased with the fertilization decreasing.At the same fertilization,the activity of urease and sucrase decreased with the irrigation amount decreasing.The activity of catalase in treatment W2F3 was the highest,which was 4.5%higher than CK.At the same irrigation level,the catalase activity will be enhanced by decreasing fertilization.5.The yield of celery in W1F2 treatment was the highest,reached 59451 kg.hm-2,6.2%higher than CK.The contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar of celery in W1F2 were also the highest.The content of soluble protein of celery in W1F2 treatment was significantly higher than CK,medium fertilizer and irrigation treatments can improve the content of soluble protein.The nitrate contents of other treatments were significantly lower than CK.In conclusion,treatment W1F2(fertilization:N 234.6kg.hm-2,P2O5 122.4 kg.hm-2,K2O198.9 kg.hm-2;irrigation:1650 m3.hm-2)was the best combination of irrigation and fertilization in this experiment,which is suitable to be applied in areas similar to climate and soil conditions in Hexi Corridor of Gansu province.
