Evaluation On Comprehensive Benefits Of Soil And Water Conservation In "One Big And Four Small" Project In Nanchang

The comprehensive benefits evaluation of soil and water conservation is currently a significant topic. Based on the study of the connotation of the comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation and using "One Big and Four Small" Project in Nanchang as the research object, the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation was set up including15indices of ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit, based on field investigation and related domestic and foreign literatures, with theoretical analysis and expert advice method. By using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indices, the indices were explicated, and the comprehensive benefits evaluation of soil and water conservation in this project was made. The results of the research were as follows:(1) The comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation as the evaluation object, discussed the feasibility of using the Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation, and discussed systematically the theoretical basis, evaluation content, target selection principles, evaluation methods and the evaluation steps.(2) Applications for "One Big and Four Small" Project in Nanchang, by using Fuzzy-AHP, its comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation was evaluated. The results showed that the index system created by this paper and comprehensive method is feasible, objective, scientific and adaptable and possesses reference and extension value.The article firstly introduces the background related to this paper, the significance, the current status, the contents, and the characteristics and innovation of the research, then makes the detailed elaboration on the general situation of "One Big and Four Small" Project in Nanchang and describes the connotation and elements of the comprehensive benefits evaluation of soil and water conservation. Subsequently, it introduces the steps and methods of the comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation and evaluates the comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation "One Big and Four Small" Project in Nanchang by using Fuzzy-AHP method. At last it draws a conclusion and forecasts the application foreground of research results.
