The experiment was carried out in zhengzhou vegetable research institute experimental site, using the way of dropping organic fertilizer and spraying foliar fertilization to research the influence of the fertilization way and fertilizer types on the yield and quality of potato. The results were as follows:1. Dropping organic fertilizer could reduce the upground biomass because of promoting photosynthetic product transfer to the underground part; It could also increase the rate of large potatoe and from this improving the potato yield. The effect of drops fulvic acid was better than the amino acids overal.2. Dropping organic-fertilizer could improve the content of starch, soluble sugar and total protein of potato and reduced its acidity, improved the quality of sugar-acid proportion.3. Spraying boric fertilizer and silicon fertilizer could increase the crop and improve the quality of potato, the effect of Si was better than B; Spraying Sodium nitrophenolate couldn’t increase the yield but increased the upground biomass; Sodium nitrophenolate could improve the potato leaf photosynthetic capacity, but couldn’t transfer the photosynthesis product from source to the library.4. Under the condition of dropping amino acid spraying silicon fertilizer、boric fertilizer、Sodium nitrophenolate could increase the yield of potato by15%,5%and0.7%than the contrast respectively; Silicon fertilizer and boric fertilizer could reduce the upground biomass, while sodium nitrate complex phenol increase increased this part.; Boric and silicon fertilizer could improve potato starch, soluble sugar, free amino acid content and reduce the potatoes acidity.5. Under the condition of dropping fulvic acid:All the three foliar fertilization could improve nitrate reductase activity and glutamine synthase activity, and also improved yield and potato starch, protein, soluble sugar, free amino acid content, and then increased the potato commodity properties. The effect of the three kinds of foliar fertilization was as follows:Si> B> Sodium nitrophenolate.6. Spraying foliar fertilization could improve the open degree of the leaf light reaction center, enhancing the Fv/Fm and OPS Ⅱ of potato leaf, but no significant influence on qP and NPQ.
