Studies And Applicaion On The System Of Agricultural Information Service Based On Network Community

Agricultural information service is an important part of the construction of agricultural information. The two modes of service system that government-led and market-led has inherent defect, so can not meet the needs of construction and sustainable development of agricultural information service system, the mixed mode that can integrate the resources of the government and market mixed-mode is more excellent choice than the others for current agricultural information service system building. The network community is the mainstream model of exchange platform building and has good openness and interactivity, its users are mostly geographically adjacent to or interest in consistent and together, these features make it possible to build a new agricultural information service system based on network community and it have not yet been reported.The authors have researched how to build a new mode of agricultural information service based on network communities, the work is as follows:Firstly, the research and development for agricultural information service system building based on network community theory, the focuses were function designing, system developed technology, database technology research and so on. Secondly, the research of rural information service site construction based on information management theory, including the positioning of the site features, site planning and site running. Thirdly, study on the agricultural technology training system building; Finally, the long-term development and operation mechanism of rural information service system were studied, the combination of public service and paid services is the focus, to support the sustainable development of the rural information service.The novel mode had been operated in the Golden town, the results showed that:the new mode of agricultural information service system that constructed based on network community can integrate the resources of the government, the market, farmers, and other parties effectively, the ideas and practical programs that had been proposed can solve the "last mile" problem; the long-lasting operation mechanism of agricultural information service system can nurture welfare services by the commercial revenue from system.
