Research Of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Information Service Based On Information Needs Of Farmers And Herdsmen

China is a large agricultural country. With the development of information technology, agricultural informatization has become one of important tasks in the period of socialist modernization construction in China. Agricultural information service was based on the requirements of farmers becoming important factors to promote the progress of agricultural informationization in China. At present, due to disequilibrium of the supply and demand relationship of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region agricultural information service, efficiency of obtaining and taking advantage of information by farmers and herdsmen was impacted, which means improving the production and living standards have been brought great difficulties, as well as hindrance the government providing useful information to farmers and herdsmen. In order to facilitate explore the relationship between the information requirements and information services, this article divides the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, where farmers and herdsmen live in, into four areas respectively agricultural areas, pastoral areas, pastoral ecotone and suburban, through researching of Inner Mongolia industrial distribution. Solving the problem of agricultural information on supply and demand in different regions is not only helping the farmers and herdsmen in production and daily life, but also promoting the development of agriculture and husbandry in Inner Mongolia by providing some suggestions for Inner Mongolia agricultural informatization.The main content of this paper is to provide references for subsequent investigation and analysis, which based on domestic and foreign research of information services and demands. By drawing on research in domestic and foreign methods and sorting out western areas information needs and services, this paper conducts exploratory researches in farmers and herdsmen information requirements and agricultural information services of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Secondly, the questionnaire surveys and spot interviews contribute to understand contents of information demand in different sexes, educations, regions and identitis of farmers and herdsmen, to understand the herdsmen's status of obtaining information in different degrees and different areas, to understand the current supply situations of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region agricultural information service.Finally, through analyzing supply and demand relationship between herdsmen's information demand, behavior and status of agricultural information services, this paper identify current achievements and shortcomings of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region agricultural information service, as well as proposing countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the Inner Mongolia agricultural information service.The main results of this thesis is based on the results of the investigation, proposes the following suggestion to the present situation of the information service of information of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia and Inner Mongolia agriculture and animal husbandry:leading role prominent government; strengthen the introduction and cultivation of talents; to increase capital investment, strengthen infrastructure construction; improve the quality of the peasants and consciousness;to provide targeted information services.
