The valid of the formulation is temporarily stipulated as2years according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China.According to the major functions and the physical and chemical properties of the compounds in the compositent medicines of the formula, orthogonal design test was adopted to select the best preparation process by multi-index comprehensive evaluation. The best alcohol-extraction process is decocting thrice under80℃with12times of60%ethanol solution for1.5hours per time.In mice exhaustion swimming test, this preparation can significantly extend the swimming to burnout time, increase the content of blood hemoglobin, lymphocyte percentage (Lym%), and median cell percentage (Mid%), decrease the total number of white blood cell (WBC) and granulocyte count (Gran%), elevate hepatic and heart SOD activity of exhaustion mice, and reduce serum AST and CK activities.
