The Extraction Process Optimization And Preparation Of Granules Of A Compound Chinese Medicine

To study the extraction technology of compound Chinese traditional medicine, which will beprepared to granules. This study took the extraction amount of chiorogenic acid, epigoitrin andmatrine for the evaluation of indicators, then we selected the extraction solvent of Honeysuckle,Isatis Root and Sophora Flavescens Ait, investigated the influence of solid-liquid ratio, soakingtime, extraction time and frecency, and ethanol concentration on the extraction effect ofHoneysuckle, Isatis Root and Sophora Flavescens Ait, the major factors were decided by usingsingle factor analysis of variance; based on this. The orthogonal experiment was designed tooptimize extraction technology by using separate extraction and mixed extraction. We preparedthe extraction to the granules of compound Chinese traditional medicine, which has been qualitytested.The result showed that the optimal extraction solvent of Honeysuckle, Isatis Root andSophora Flavescens Ait were water,water,70%ethanol, respectively. The optimum extractiontechnology of Honeysuckle were:15fold volume of water, soaking for120min, extracting for3times and60min per time; the Isatis Root was followed:20fold volume of water, soaking for60min, extracting for1time and60min per time; the Sophora Flavescens Ait was:20fold volume70%ethanol solution, soaking for60min, extracting for1time and60min per time. Comparedwith extracting Honeysuckle and Isatis Root respectively or mixed extraction of Honeysuckle,Isatis Root and Sophora Flavescens Ait, mixed extraction of Honeysuckle and Isatis Root had thebetter, extraction effect, and the optimal extraction conditions were:20fold volume of water,soaking for60min, extracting for2time and120min per time. The granules of compoundChinese traditional medicine were of uniform color and size, had no phenomenon of absorbingmoist and deliquescence, agglomeration, conformed to china veterinary pharmacopoeia, and wecarried out the quality examine criterion of the granules of compound Chinese traditionalmedicine.In a word, the extraction technology of compound Chinese traditional medicine is easy andfeasible, cost cheap; the granules are security and stability, we drew up the quality examinecriterion of the granules of compound Chinese traditional medicine, which conforms to chinaveterinary pharmacopoeia.
