The Current Situation Of Xianju Eco-agriculture Evelopment And Its Countermeasure

According to ecological agriculture theory as the guiding ideology, combined with theadvantages of related theory, this thesis takes Xianju County as the main research target andaims to developing ecological agriculture and promoting agricultural economy of XianjuCounty healthily and quickly, by utilizing multi-disciplinary knowledge and various researchmethods. The experience of the domestic and foreign development of ecological agriculture isused for reference. Startng with the situation of location resources and economic development,the eco-agricultural environmental conditions and the effect of the development ofeco-agricultural, the thesis analyses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threatsin the process of the Xianju County’ eco-agriculture development. Based on the field researchand the1500questionnaire survey, the thesis also analyses the current situation of the XianjuCounty’ eco-agriculture development and existing problems, it initially presents thecountermeasures and the measures.Results:1. With the SWOT analysis method, it conclude that the superiority of in the process ofthe Xianju County’ eco-agriculture development is the eco-resource and the mostdisadvantages are poor economic foundation and insufficient fund in County region. Thegreatest opportunities are provided by the three agricultural policies, the policy of thedevelopment strategy----Ecological construction supporting the county and the constructionfor the agriculture park. The greatest threats are the current system, misjudgments which willbe caused in the process of the development and the failure of the seizing the opportunity intime caused by the concept problems.2. With the help of the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, it concluded that themain problems are the personnel overall quality, the insufficient fund providing for theagriculture, the insufficient propaganda and training, unclear market effect, the smallerindustry overall scale, the lack of technique service system for the agriculture and the lack ofsupporting measures implemented by the government.3. Acording to the research, we present the suggestions, countermeasures and concretemeasures, as followed:The suggestions: Highly-efficient-mountain eco-agriculture, mainly supported by the red bayberryindustry is confirmed as development foundation in Xianju County.Countermeasures: It will promote the change of the agricultural rural economic growthmode from the traditional extensive to modern intensive economy. It will form the patternswhich include the ecological planting and breeding, mountain development and intensivetransformation of the mountain eco-agriculture. The eco-agriculture system will beconstructed and the highly-efficient eco-agriculture will be developing in order to obtain thebiggest ecological economy overall benefit.Concrete measures: Development concepts embedded in the traditional agriculture willbe promoted to break through. Characteristic industry base which give priority to the redbayberry, san huang chicken and high mountain vegetable industry will be constructed withquality. The eco-agriculture park will be focus on building in order to strengthen cluster brandconstruction.Featured agricultural processing industry will be highlighted and the new economicgrowth points in this field will be under cultivation. The construction on the eco-agriculturebrand, particularly of the red bayberry will be propelled and single strong brand is thebreakthrough point. The standard eco-agriculture construction will be strengthened in favourof eco-agricultural industrialization. The non-profit agriculture technology extension systemwill be developing. The platform for the technology Innovation and demonstration establish.The modern agricultural sciences and technology training project will be implemented deeply.The specialized farmer cooperatives will be cultivated in favour of raising the service for thesocialization of agriculture. The system of the right of contractual management of rural land,agricultural subsidies and agricultural prices will be improved. We will endeavor to gain theeco-agriculture projects in favour of intensifying the agriculture infrastructure. The newcountryside construction will boost. The social security system will cover the whole ruralresident.
