Study On Sustainable Development Of Landscape Agriculture In Luoping County,Yunnan Province

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country,with the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,it not only pointed out the direction for the construction of new socialist countryside in China,but also brought historic policy opportunities for the development of agriculture and rural areas.In development,problems such as shortage of resources and lack of talents have played an important role in promoting the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.Landscape agriculture,which combines agriculture and leisure tourism,has also flourished.On the basis of combing the literature related to landscape agriculture,sightseeing agriculture and ecological agriculture,this paper further analyzed the research status and characteristics of landscape agriculture,and then analyzed the development status of rapeseed industry in Luoping County,Yunnan Province by field investigation and SWOT strategy analysis.The study found that the development of landscape agriculture in Luoping County showed two patterns: "festival and meeting" and "landscape + agriculture".The industrial development of Luoping is in urgent need of further upgrading and transformation on the basis of these two modes to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In addition,six practical cases from Japan,the United States,Germany and China,such as Beijing Little Donkey Citizen Farm park,Chengdu "Five Golden flowers" and Leisure industry in Jiashan County,Zhejiang province,are selected for comparative analysis by means of comparative research method,so as to provide policy enlightenment for the construction of urban-rural integration and sustainable development of landscape agriculture in the county.The author believes that the sustainable development of the rapeseed industry in Luoping County should continuously optimize the industrial structure,highlight the comparative advantages of rapeseed-based landscape agriculture,and strengthen the integration of the industrial chain and the innovation chain by enhancing the innovation ability of the grassroots in the county and relying on the platform of colleges and universities.Accelerate the improvement of the county’s industrial service functions,enhance the comprehensive benefits of county-level rural leisure tourism,and promote the formation of a "one county,one industry" development pattern.First of all,we should focus on promoting the development of three industrial belts,namely the Luopingbazi three-industry integrated rapeseed industrial belt,the southern national characteristic green rapeseed industrial belt,and the northern mountainous characteristic ecological rapeseed industrial belt,so as to highlight their comparative advantages;Continuously strengthen the leadership of innovation and technology,relying on university scientific research institutes and industrial innovation platform laboratories,such as the Economic Crops Research Institute of the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the Oil Crops Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,as well as provincial key agricultural colleges,domestic key agricultural institutions Platforms such as colleges and universities,construct a complete agricultural science and technology support system,and accelerate the innovation of rapeseed and other landscape crop varieties,and the promotion of planting and maintenance technologies towards the goals of high yield and high quality,early maturity and drought resistance,suitable for mechanization and multi-function Investment promotion activities,focusing on introducing enterprises with strong capital and technology,conducting independent research and development around the local characteristics of Luoping County,improving the processing technology and level of agricultural products,and creating a modern and high-quality Luoping rapeseed planting demonstration base;Thirdly,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the promotion of Luoping green As an ecological rapeseed brand,the government should encourage and support a number of outstanding leading enterprises,and drive farmers to actively participate in the process of rapeseed cultivation.It is necessary to strengthen the ornamental nature of landscape agriculture with a scientific layout of high standards and high stations;finally,actively create a good business environment and a sustainable tourism ecology,and continuously expand market circulation channels.Through the practical case study of rapeseed industry in Luoping County,it provides theoretical and practical reference for the sustainable development direction of landscape agriculture and related research in the future.
