This paper analyzes the regularity of stem leaf and fruit nutrient absorption in different growth period of strawberry, designs a water-fertilizer integration scheme, and sets up the best fertigation management model. To analyze nutrient condition in different fertigation management model, the best model of fertigation nutrients almost no leaching, it proofs that the best fertigation model is tenable, the main results of the research are as follows:1. Strawberry should be given priority to fertilizer of N、P、Ca、Mg in the whole growth cycle, two periods, which is after transplanting40-80d、80-100d respectively, per hectare strawberry need N、P2O5、K、Ca、Mg were about52.41,10.87,35.67,52.41,11.02kg and65.7,10.71,56.02,10.71,56.02kg. To produce1000kg strawberry, farmers should provide N、P2O5、K2O、Ca、Mg with6.51、1.35、5.67、1.92、1.38kg to the plant. The vegetative and reproductive growth of strawberry under different fertigation models are different, it shows that the best fertigation model which shows no nutrient leaching can increase quality and strengthen disease-resistant ability.2. The peak of strawberry nutrient uptake appeared in power fruit times, the absorption ratio of the stems and leaves are N、P、K、Ca、Mg is2.15:0.29:1.81:0.52:0.38, Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn is3.7:18:0.146:3.8. Vigorous growth and power fruit times with enough fertilizer are the key period to get high yield and good quality. In the second round of inflorescence period, there is vegetative and reproductive growth at the same time, if apply phosphorus, potassium, calcium timely, it will be beneficial to later growth of strawberry.3. The response surface analysis is first used to select the non-numerical model, and the reliable test result is selected. It shows that the response surface method can be used to select the non-numerical model. In addition, strawberry fertigation treatment from the Box-Benhnken central composite design can optimize the test plan and reduce the workload greatly.4. Fertigational treatments response to the value with strawberry sugar acid ratio and reducing VC content, it concludes that the best fertigation management model: start drip-fertigation from budding period to top bear period on the first round of inflorescence, one time per15days, every time per hectare apply humic acid fertilizer75kg which NPK ratio is8-7-13,1.5kgMg (NO3)2·6H2O、1.5kgCa (NO3)2·4H2O、3kg KNO3, dilute2times, in accordance with2%suction proportion of fertilizer, run the drip irrigation20min, after forty days, reduce fertilizer rate to one third of the original, conduct only once. In this model, sugar acid ratio and reducing Vitamin C content in theory of RSM were3.26,44.22mg/100g, and actual value is3.25,44.12mg/100g, both the quality of strawberry and later growth ability are better than the other model.5. The selenium content of strawberry fruit in Anji Gold finger Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative is10.5-16.2ug/kg, it reaches national standard of selenium-rich fruit (10.0-50ug/kg), can become a plant selenium resource of complement selenium for human.
