Gansu province is one of the main planting areas of protected chili in Northwest China.Facility pepper industry plays an important role in agriculture and rural economy in Gansu province. In order to pursue high yield, the phenomenon of excessive fertilization and irrigation has been widespread, resulting in soil nutrient surplus and soil acidification in protected areas, resulting in lower yield and quality of pepper, and low economic benefits. Therefore,we in the Liangzhou District of Wuwei city(Experiment 1)and Baiyin County of Jingyuan(Experiment 2)through the field experiment, set up normal irrigation and fertilization(T1)and fertilizer integration technology(T2)two,study on the integrated management of water and Fertilizer on Greenhouse Pepper Yield and quality and economic benefits, dry matter accumulation and distribution, nutrient accumulation and distribution, root growth. The purpose is to provide the basis for the improvement of pepper yield and economic benefits, and for the sustainable development of protected areas. The main results are as follows:1.water and fertilizer integration technology can significantly improve the yield, quality and economic benefits of hot pepper.Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 T2 treatment were increased by 22.17% and 15.17% than T1;test 1 and test 2,T2 treatment compared with T1 treatment, the nitrate content in fruit was decreased by16.67% and 17.71%;the content of soluble protein were increased by 24.16% and28.25%;test 1 and test to 2,T2 ratio T1 economic benefits were increased by 35 thousand and 500 yuan /hm2 and 59 thousand and 200 yuan /hm2.2.water and fertilizer integration technology can significantly increase dry matter accumulation and dry matter accumulation of pepper, significantly increase the proportion of dry matter in fruit, and advance the time when dry matter reaches the equilibrium point.Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 T2 processing of pepper fruit dry weight were increased by 22.47% and 19.15% than T1;the whole plant dry matter were increased by 9.21% and 20.88% respectively;30 days in advance to dry matterbalance and arrival 4 days in advance of dry matter balance.3.water and fertilizer integration technology can significantly increase the absorption and accumulation of N,P2O5 and K2 O in pepper plants and the proportion of distribution in fruit.Experiment 1 and Experiment 2,T2 processing,P2O5,N of pepper fruit K2 O total uptake were increased by 18.23%,39.70%,46.25% and16.36% than T1;and 73.93%,24.65%;N,P2O5,the whole plant of K2 O total uptake were increased by 18.23%,30.73%,19.76%,54.29% and 27.97%;25.29%.In the whole growth period,N,P2O5 and K2 O were all higher than T1 in the treatment of T2.4..Integrated water and fertilizer technology can significantly increase root vigor, root length, lateral root number, root volume and root surface area of pepper plants.Experiment 1 and Experiment 2,T2 treatment than T1,the root activity of pepper were increased by 20.61% and 21.68% respectively;the root length increased by65.85% and 62.09%;the number of lateral roots were increased by 55.31% and48.55%;the root surface area were increased by 30.38% and 17.31% respectively;the root volume increased by 27.58% and 53.19%.
