This study was implemented with new varieties of cabbages for spring and summer cultivation, they were compwered in the field by the three key factors of sowing dates, cover and fertilizer. We have screened out6varieties of cabbages for spring cultivation and4ones for summer in Jinan city, and also the high-yielding cultural techniques of‘Yin13’. Besides, we researched the biological and chemical theory of cold resistance of cabbage by exogenous ABA. The content and result were as follows.1. New varieties screening of cabbages for early spring cultivation and the key cultural techniques of‘Yin13’1.1New varieties screening of cabbages for early spring cultivationThe total varieties were40,6of them were late bolting, they were ‘Yin1, Yin5, Yin13, Yin14,Yin19and Yin30.’23of them were virus resistance, they were‘Yin13, Yin15, Yin30, Yin1, Yin5, Yin19, Yin7and Yin8.’10of them were high-which were‘Yin3, Yin4, Yin7, Yin16, Yin17, Yin9, Yin18, Yin20, Yin24and Yin28.’ Based on an overall consideration of3factors of bolting, virus resistance and cold resistance,we screened out6good varieties which were‘Yin1, Yin5, Yin13, Yin15, Yin19and Yin30.’1.2The growth influencing of‘Yin13’ by sowing dates, cover and fertilizer‘Yin13’ was chose from the6good varieties for test material, it was researched by the factors of sowing dates, cover and fertilizer.The seeds were sowed at March15th, March20th, March25th, March31st, April5th and April10th separately. The bolting rate before March25th were remarkable higher than the one after March31st.The yields between March25th and April5th were higher, they were4521kg/667m2、4125kg/667m2and3696kg/667m2, it shows that the feasible time of sowing is between March25th and April5th.Three methods of cultivation were used in the test, they were single-plastic film, arch shed and normal. The best one was arch shed, its total weight was2.37kg per plant, net weight was1.65kg per plant, and its yield was5280kg/667m2, no plant was bolting. Disease rate was26.04%which was the lowest, and also were the dry material, coarse-fibred,acids, Vc and protine.Car amide, kalium and compound fertilizer were used in the test. The high-yield one was Car amide, its total weight was2.04kg per plant, net weight was1.08kg per plant, and its yield was3564kg/667m2, but its net rate was lower than the others. The highest newel of cabbage was treated by kalium fertilizer.1.3The effect of cold resistance of cabbage by exogenous ABA4varieties of cabbages were treated by exogenous ABA, the activities of SOD and POD were enhanced. The content of dissolvable sugar were raised except ‘Yin13’. The content of dissolvable protein has no obvious change. The content of proline were remarkable higher than the contrast.2. New varieties screening of cabbages for summer cultivation and the key cultural techniques of‘Yin21’2.1survey of bacterial soft rot25varieties were screened for summer cultivation,12of them were bacterial soft rot resistance, they were ‘Yin1, Yin5, Yin13, Yin14,Yin19and Yin30.’2.2The growth influencing of‘Yin21’ by different cover methods‘Yin21’ was chose from the4good varieties for test material, it was researched by the cover methods of overshadow net,, new plastic film with mothproof net and normal. Former plastic film with mothproof net was the best one, its disease rate was15.26%which is the lowest one, its net yield was high which is3587.1kg/667m2.
