Chinese flowering cabbage(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinesis var.Utilis Tsen et Lee),as a kind of vegetable native to southern China with high nutritive value,has been introduced into northern China in recent years with the demand of consumer market.Therefore,9 varieties of flowering Chinese cabbage were introduced from Guangzhou,and their phenological period,growth suitability,agronomic and economic characters were compared by different sowing dates;Through the determination of the primary metabolism group and the transcription group in different parts of ’youlv802’,the rule of accumulation of nutrient components in different parts of Chinese flowering cabbage,The components and contents of glucosinolates in different parts of’youlv802’,Combining transcriptome data,we screened the genes involved in Chinese flowering cabbage glucosinolates.The results are as follows:1 In the cultivation experiments of 9 varieties of flowering Chinese cabbage with different sowing dates,the varieties suitable for sowing in March were ’youlv802’ and ’Chixin 4’;Among the varieties suitable for sowing in May,the medium-mature varieties ’youlv701’ and ’youlv702’had the best temperature and light suitability,while the early-maturing varieties showed the greater advantage in July,’sijiu-19’ and ’Jian Ye 45 days’ are suitable for sowing at this sowing time;when the sowing time is September and October,there is no significant difference in temperature and light suitability among varieties of flowering Chinese cabbage,and flowering Chinese cabbage planted in October is slightly better than that in September,in the aspects of bolt height,bolt thickness and yield,’youlv 701’ and ’youlv 802’ are more dominant,and are most suitable for sowing at this time.2 The analysis of main nutrition components in different parts of flowering Chinese cabbage showed that the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein in the stem of flowering Chinese cabbage followed the rule of flower Bud > Stem > Leaf.The results of the determination of the primary metabolites in the different parts of ’youlv802’ flowering Chinese cabbage showed that,the accumulation of phenolic acids,amino acids and therivatives,free fatty acids,nucleotides and their derivatives,organic acids,sugars,alcohols and vitamins in buds was higher than that in leaves.3 Three kinds of aliphatic glucosinolates,three kinds of Indole glucosinolates and one kind of aromatic glucosinolates were detected in the leaves,stem and flower buds of ’youlv802’,the content of other glucosinolates in flower bud was significantly higher than that in leaf and stem except some glucosinolates.4 By analyzing the transcriptome data of different parts of flowering Chinese cabbage,and comparing the expression of key regulatory genes in different parts of flowering Chinese cabbage,a series of genes encoding enzymes were found,these enzymes include aliphatic glucosinolate synthetase(BCAT3,Myb28,Mam3,CYP83A1,GSTF11,St5 b,St5c,AOP2 and AOP3),Indolyl glucosinolate synthetase(CYP79B2,CYP83B1,CYP81F1 and UGT74B1),and aromatic glucosinolate synthetase(SUR1,ST5 A and 79A2),the up-regulation and down-regulation of the genes involved in the regulation of these enzymes were compared among different groups.
