In this paper, there are three main research items:first, the effect of slurry on experimental population of Prodenia litura. The second is The effects of different types of fertilizer application on the structure of arthropod community in tomato fields have been studied, in which three kinds of fertilizer application (chemical fertilizer, biogas manure with chemical fertilizer, biogas manure with cake manure) were conducted at the condition of equivalent N, P(P2O5), K(K20). The third is the effect of the quality of tomato fruit after2years latter.The feeding behavior changes of Prodenia litura larvae with different concentrations of slurry showed that there was stronger interference on1st instar larvae of Prodenia litura than the2nd with the slurry and H2O(1:1). The study of experimental population of Prodenia litura showed that the slurry is not conducive to the growth of populations of Prodenia litura, and the higher slurry concentrations, the longer instar experienced and the greater mortality of the experimental population.In2009, arthropods of treatment A got1992Ind which belonged to14families and15species, arthropods of treatment B got1601Ind which belonged to20families and21species, arthropods of treatment C got1381Ind which belonged to20families and21species. Phytophage of three treatments were prominent parts, dominant species were Myzus persicae, Dominant species of predacious sub-community were Aranea ventricocus and Propyleajaponica. In2010, arthropods of treatment A got1535Ind which belonged to22families and22species, arthropods of treatment B got1376Ind which belonged to27families and28species, arthropods of treatment C got1176Ind which belonged to29families and30species. Phytophage of three treatments were prominent parts, dominant species were Myzus persicae and Anomala corpulenta; Dominant species of predacious sub-community were Aranea ventricocus and Tarantulas.In2009and2010, diversities index of parasitoids-neutralities were not significantly different in three treatments; Diversities index of treatment A were significantly different from treatment B and C in arthropods, phytophage and predacious sub-community. Caused by climate factors, indexes of every community fluctuated. Change tendency of every index of arthropods were as same as phytophage, and that of predacious sub-community and parasitoids-Neutralities were stable.The result of detection on the Tomato fruit quality showed that primary flowing stage of tomato brought forward3days and the harvest period increased2days with the treatment of biogas manure with cake manure. The weight of single fruit and fruit diameter were shown treatment A> treatment B> treatment C. The determinations of the Tomato fruit showed that the content of Vc in treatment C were significantly higher than that in treatment A and the content of Acid in treatment C were significantly lower than that in treatment A. So using biogas manure with cake manure can increase the nutritional content of tomato fruit and make tomato fruit tasted better.
