Three fertilizer application treatments (chemical fertilizer, half chemical fertilizer and biogas manure, and biogas plus cake manure) were adopted under equal N, P (P2O5) and K (K2O) rates to study the effects of biogas manure on yield of eggplant and structure of arthropod community and continuous cropping obstacles in eggplant fields.In2009, arthropods of treatment A got22species which belonged to21families, arthropods of treatment B got24species which belonged to23families, arthropods of treatment C got24species which belonged to23families. Phytophage of three treatments were prominent parts, dominant species were Myzus persicae and Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata; Dominant species of predacious sub-community were Propylea japonica and Aranea ventricocus. In2010, arthropods of treatment A got21species which belonged to20families, arthropods of treatment B got24species which belonged to23families, arthropods of treatment C got24species which belonged to23families. Phytophage of three treatments were prominent parts, dominant species were Myzus persicae and Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata, Dominant species of predacious sub-community were Tarantulas and Aranea ventricocus.In2009and2010, diversities index of phytophage and parasitoids-neutralities were not significantly different in three treatments; Diversities index of treatment A were significantly different from treatment B and C in arthropods, phytophage and predacious sub-community. Caused by climate factors, indexes of every communities fluctuated. Change tendency of every index of arthropods were as same as phytophage, and that of predacious sub-community and parasitoids-Neutralities were stable.The characteristic parameters of arthropod community in eggplant fields were analyzed with the method of principal component analysis. In2009, species^individual number and richness were synthetic indexes community construction in treatment A and C. Species、individual number and evenness were synthetic indexes community construction in treatment B. In2010, species^individual number and evenness were synthetic indexes community construction in three treatments.Study on the relationship of Myzus persicae and its natural enemies by grey theory. In2009, the result showed Tarantulas and Aranea ventricocus were main enemies in treatment A. Propylea japonica and Tarantulas were main enemies in treatment B and C. In2010, the result showed Propyleajaponicaand Tarantulas were main enemies in treatment A. Propylea japonica and Aranea ventricocus were main enemies in treatment B. Tarantulasand Bianoraenescens were main enemies in treatment C.The result of continuous cropping obstacles in2010showed that biogas manure could relieve continuous cropping obstacles. Biogas manure could significantly improve survival rate, output, the content of Vitamin C and reduce the content of Acid.
