Contents of total amino acids,essential amino acids and different types of amino acids such as Aliphatic amino acids、aromatic amino acids, heterocyclic amino acids, alkaline amino acids, acidic amino acids and neutral amino acids in brown rice were analyzed. Test materials were four cytoplasmic male sterile lines(A), eight restorer lines(R) and ten hybrid rice Fls.The names of R lines were FENG HUI33-2,LV ZAN NO.1,FENG HUI35,4HZ021,6C2332,LV DAO24,8HZ035and FENG HUI33. The names of A lines were LV102S,LV MIN S,7HSO13and1892S.And ten hybrid rice F1s were LV102S×FENG HUI33-2, LV102SxFENG HUI33, LV102S×FENG HUI35,LV102S×LV ZAO NO.1, LV102S×LV DAO24, LV MIN SxFENG HUI35, LV MIN Sx4HZ021, MING LIAO YOU NO.6,7HS013,1892Sx6C2332.Parents were planted and at the same area in Herfei and reaped at the same time.And the10F1s had the same environment in planting and reaping. According to the results,we can conclude the relationship of contents of amino acids between F1s and their parents.By measuring, amino acids contents of of hybrid rice Fls of different parental combinations are not the same with their parents and each other. The total amino acids and essential amino acids in Fls are higher than their parents (tryptophan was not detected).The best chosen in female parents is LV MIN S,and the total amino acids and essential amino acid contents of F1s with LV MIN S as their parents are relatively higher Contrarly, F1s wiht LV102S as their pearents are lower than others in amino acids contents. Paternal influence of the amino acid content of in F1s was not significant, and we need to consider influence of female parents and combining ability and other factors. The highest content of total amino acids and essential amino acids in F1s are MING LIAO YOU NO.6, LV MIN S×4HZ021and LV MIN S×FENG HUI35. LV MIN S×4HZ021has the highest lysine content and MING LIAO YOU NO.6has the highest leucine content.According to the statistical principles,we had the principal components analysis in amino acids contents of Fls by DPS data processing software. Threonine and Arginine gave the greatest contribution to the amino acids contents in F1s.And we had the regression analysis in the influence in Fls from parents by Eview software.The equation of paternal is y=1.36z and the females’ is y=1.35x. So, Parents had a significant effect of amino acids contents in F1s. The equation of F1s is y=1.69x-0.36. P test value of the female parent is slightly smaller than the male parent(0.0002),and the absolute value of coefficient of the female parent (1.69) is significantly greater than the the paternal coefficient (-0.36). So,we can conclude that the female parent has greater impaction in Fls’amino acids.T test was used at the analysis of amino acids contents between F1s with the same female parent by DPS data processing software.We can conclude t values in the five F1s with LV102s as their female parent. Amino acid content is not significantly different between LV102SXFENG HUI35and its female parent but others with the same female parent are very different. Amino acid content is significantly different between Fls with LV MIN S as their female parent and LV MIN S.T test of amino acids contents between Fls with the same male parents by DPS data processing software shows the significant difference between F1s and their male parents.
