The aim of this study was to evaluate the apparent metabolizable energy?AME?,nitrog en corrected metabolizable energy?AMEn?and AA Standard ileal digestibility of rice bran f rom six areas of southern region in broiler chickens?14d and 28d?.According to the correlat ion with AME,AMEn,AA Standard ileal digestibility and the nutrient content of rice bran,investigate the prediction regression equation by stepwise regression method.The experimental animals were selected 560 1d white feather.In this experiment,560 AA broilers were randomly divided into seven treatments,including six rice bran group?A-F group?,another N-free diet treatment which was used for determining ileal endogenous amino acid basal losses with 8 replicates per group and 10 broiler chickens per replicate.carrying out the metabolism test respectively in 11-13d and 25-27d,collecting dung with the total collection method and measuring the metabolic energy.And in 14d and 28d,collecting chyme and measuring standardized ileal digestibility of animo acid.Get 14-day-old AME and AMEn as 8.OOMJ/kg and 7.5 MJ/kg?Regression prediction equation:AME=9.756-0.171*ADF,R2=0.737,p<0.01;AMEn=9.132-0.157*ADF,R2=0.700,p<0.01.Get 28-day-old AME and AMEn as 7.40 MJ/kg and 6.99 MJ/kg.Regression prediction equation:AME=12.953-0.518*ADF+0.196*NDF-0.207*CP,R2=0.944,P<0.01;AMEn=12.233-0.518*ADF+0.208*NDF0.214*CP,R2=0.941,P<0.01;In this study,the SIDs of AA broilers at 14 days and 28 days of rice bran in 6 different places were determined by the indicator method and the ileal chyme method.The 18 amino acid SIDs obtained at the age of 14 days were:SIDLys 66.14%;SIDMet 56.39%;SIDTrp 62.82%;SIDThr 58.83%;SIDVal 68.95%;SIDIle 64.23%;SIDLeu 67.27%;SIDPhe 69.60%;SIDHIs 67.14%;SIDArg 68.15%;SIDAsp 65.88%;SIDSer 62.24%;SIDGlu 85.56%;SIDAla 66.07%;SIDPro 59.72%;SIDTyr 62.63%;SIDGly 64.96%;SIDCys 56.69%;established 14-day-old broiler chicken rice bran standard ileal amino acid regression prediction equation for:SID tryptophan=8.279*CP-59.951,R2=0.404,p<0.01= 16.59*CP+10.722*NDF-13.252*ADF,R2=0.686,p<0.01 SID threonine=8.279*CP-49.286,R2=0.197,p<0.05=17.083*CP+20.626*NDF-26.481*ADF-418.486,R2=0.898,p<0.01 SID methionine=10.196*CP-92.575,R2=0.579,p<0.05=17.748*CP+16.731*NDF-21.721*ADF-383.306,R2=0.875,p<0.01 SID lysine=7.035*CP-37.129,R2=0.0263,p<0.05=13.804 CP+18.096*NDF-23.577*ADF-327.677,R2=0.878,p<0.01 The 28-day 18-amino acid SIDs were:SIDLys 69.59%;SIDMet 58.78%;SIDTrp 67.96%;SIDThr 69.29%;SIDVal 69.66%;SIDIle 69.82%;SIDLeu 67.18%;SIDPhe 75.89%;SIDHis 76.22%;SIDArg 75.90%SIDAsp 71.81%;SIDSer 69.36;SIDGlu 91.26%;SIDAla 72.57%;SIDPro 58.14%;SIDTyr 70.52%;SIDGly 72.18%;SIDCys 62.54%.The regression equation for the standard ileal amino acid of the 28-day-old broiler chicken was established:SIDThr=11.485*CP-103.851,R2=0.817,p<0.01 SIDThr=12.587*CP-3.783*ST-128.711,R2=0.869,p<0.01 SIDMet=13.495*CP-141.985,R2=0.772,p<0.01 SIDLys=9.234*CP-67.772,R2=0.604,p<0.01...
