In this experiment, a solution polymerization, N, N’-methylene bisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent and ammonium persulfate as redox initiator, acrylic acid monomer, zeolite and cow dung, crushed preparation using ultrasonic twocomposite soil conservation agent, to determine the optimum process parameters and investigated the influence of various factors on the water absorbency of the two composite aquasorb and composite soil water conservation agent of soil properties and crop growth, physiological characteristics. The results as foiling:(1) Cow dung composite aquasorb, the amount of cow dung and acrylic should be2:3; The zeolite composite aquasorb,, the amount of zeolite and acrylic should be1:3.Two composite soil water conservation agent to conduct ultrasound can be successfully prepared in the ultrasonic time is60min; ultrasonic power to30KHz, In the synthesis temperature to45-50℃,(2) Temperature factors, whether high or low temperatures can repeat absorbent aquasorb have no significant effect on the volume change of water frozen aquasorbgel.(3) Aqueous solutions of different factors, the repeated water absorption capacity of the zeolite type, cow dung and acrylic aquasorb deionized water along with the water absorption increase in the number down, but still has good regeneration performance; Deionized water, low water absorbency of the three kinds of super absorbent polymers on water. Repeated three times after the water absorption, water absorption capacity of the three kinds of water retaining agent dropped although slowing, but the insurance agent basically lost the strong water absorption capacity; Salt ions on the retaining agent solution is immediate and direct, because the three kinds of insurance agent salt water absorptive capacity of the lowest, which the zeolite aquasorb absorbent ability, acrylic and cow dung type aquasorbthe difference between water absorption capacity.(4) Aqueous solutions of different factors, the repeated water absorption capacity of the zeolite type, cow dung and acrylic aquasorb deionized water along with the water absorption increase in the number down, but still has good regeneration performance, Repeated three times after the water absorption, water absorption capacity of the three kinds of water retaining agent dropped although slowing, but the insurance agent basically lost the strong water absorption capacity(5) Super absorbent polymers on soil properties in the composite soil, water retention of soil water-holding capacity, soil porosity in the order:zeolite> cow dung> acrylic; Add material to the soil bulk density by varying degrees of decreases zeolite aquasorb, the greatest impact on soil bulk density; Soil aggregates, microaggregates NO3-N content in the body of the order for the acrylic> zeolite> cow dung; Microaggregate body of NH4+-N content acrylic> zeolite> cow dung type aggregates NH4+-N content of acrylic type> cow dung type zeolite.(6) the type of cow dung water retaining agent on corn relative germination potential and rate of germination are improved most significantly, respectively increased by8.09%,6.49%, but the type of acrylic acid water retaining agent is declining trend. On maize plant growth, zeolite type> cow dung type> acrylic type> CK, and FS reached significant level; on the plant root number and root dry weight effects were associated with CK reached significant level. On maize the effect of leaf chlorophyll content, cow dung type> zeolite type> acrylic acid type, and corn leaf chlorophyll content in the highest by the type of cow dungwater process,is3.81mg/g fresh weight.
