In order to develop the technology of growing ginseng in farmland soil better, total saponin of4-5years old ginseng stem and leaf is taken as an index to appraise and study the best program of soil improvement treatment. Design combining quadratic regression and orthogonal rotation is used as the fundamental mathematic model to study total saponin content of ginseng stem and leaf followed the influence of some factors that including maize straw,pig manure, deer manure, antagonistic bacterium, bacterial chaff, etc. Statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences among them, to assess the quality of different soil improvement treatment of ginseng. The experiment results are as follows:1. The total saponin content by UV spectrophotometry, using Ultrasonic extraction method to extract ginseng saponin. Analyzing the pattern, in the same cultivation conditions we can discover there is a dedication sequence that pig manure> deer manure> maize straw> bacterial chaff> antagonistic bacterium. Choosing the best way of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is6.64kg/m2, deer manure is3.24kg/m2, pig manureis3.48kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is6.87g/m2, bacterial chaff is7.02kg/m2, the predictive value of total saponin of ginseng stem and leaf is17.81%.2. Each factor on the influence of ginsenoside-Rg1we can discover that bacterial chaff> maize straw> deer manure> antagonistic bacterium> pig manure. Choosing the best way of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is4.91Kg/m2, deer manure is3.58Kg/m2, pig manureis4.84Kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is7.81g/m2, bacterial chaff is5.55Kg/m2, the predictive value of ginsenoside-Rg1is1.20%.3. Each factor on the influence of ginsenoside-Re we can discover that mushroom substrate> maize straw> antagonistic bacterium> deer manure> stool of pig. Choosing the best by means of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is7.59Kg/m2, deer manure is8.04Kg/m2, pig manureis7.06Kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is2.53g/m2; bacterial chaff is3.81Kg/m2, the predictive value of ginsenoside-Re is3.40%.4. Each factor on the influence of ginsenoside-Rf we can discover that deer manure> mushroom substrate> maize straw> antagonistic bacterium>stool of pig. Choosing the best by means of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is5.27Kg/m2, deer manure is3.45Kg/m2, pig manureis7.06Kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is7.72g/m1, bacterial chaff is5.95Kg/m2, the predictive value of ginsenoside-Rf is0.19%.5. Each factor on the influence of ginsenoside-Rg2we can discover that mushroom substrate>deer manure>antagonistic bacterium> maize straw> stool of pig. Choosing the best by means of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is6.39Kg/m2, deer manure is8.04Kg/m2, pig manureis8.39Kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is2.54g/m2, bacterial chaff is4.32Kg/m2, the predictive value of ginsenoside-Rg2is4.32%.6. Each factor on the influence of ginsenoside-Rb1we can discover that deer manure> mushroom substrate> maize straw> antagonistic bacterium> stool of pig. Choosing the best by means of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is7.24Kg/m2, deer manure is7.88Kg/m2, pig manureis6.75Kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is6.75g/m2, bacterial chaff is3.46Kg/m2, the predictive value of ginsenoside-Rb1is0.41%.7. The factors of ginseng saponins-Rd influence for the order that maize straw> Bacterial chaff> deer manure> pig manure> antagonistic bacterium.Choosing the best way of computer simulation shows that the application dosage of maize straw is6.48Kg/m2, deer manure is1.95Kg/m2, pig manure is2.69Kg/m2, antagonistic bacterium is5.94g/m2, bacterial chaff is6.51Kg/m2, the predictive value of ginsenoside-Rd is0.49%.
