Compared with traditional soil and substrate cultivation,nutrient solution hydroponics has less pests and diseases,less use of fertilizers and pesticides,high efficiency,intensive production and other advantages.However,there are currently few studies on the nutrient solution formula of hydroponic strawberry,therefore,this study uses Fragariaxananassa(Akihiime)strawberry as the test material,formulated with seven kinds of nutrient solution:Hoagland and Arnon formula,Hoagland and Snyde formula,Japanese Yamazaki formula,Japanese garden test formula,Fruit and vegetable recipes of South China Agricultural University,the formula of the Vegetable Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences and the formula of Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry prepared the nutrient solution for hydroponic experiment.By analyzing the physiological indexes,growth indexes,fruit trait indexes and fruit quality indexes of hydroponic strawberry with different nutrient solution formulas and preliminary screening,the results are as follows:(1)In the seven kinds of nutrient solution screening test,the net photosynthetic rate,relative leaf chlorophyll content,and leaf nitrogen content of the nutrient solution formulated by the Yamazaki nutrient solution formula in Japan were the highest.The weight of the first fruit is the heaviest and the total output is the highest,growth index comprehensive second,and the total number of inflorescences and strawberry fruit quality are ranked first.The fruit brightness and fruit color are ranked first,so the Japanese Yamazaki formula is ranked first.Combining the fruit and vegetable formula of South China Agricultural University and the formula of Vegetable Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,a four-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment was carried out.(2)The orthogonal test table is designed with four factors and three levels.The test factors and levels are arranged as A(calcium nitrate tetrahydrate mg/L),B(potassium nitrate mg/L),C(potassium dihydrogen phosphate mg/L),D(ammonium dihydrogen phosphate mg/L).The nine test schemes are formula l(A1B1C1D1),formula2(A1B2C2D2),formula3(A1B3C3D3),formula4(A2B1C2D3),formula5(A2B2C3D1),formula6(A2B3C1D2),formula7(A3B1C3D2),formula8(A3B2CID3),formula9(A3B3C2D1).(3)Among the nine new formulas in orthogonal test,formula 4 ranked first in terms of growth index.The first comprehensive fruit quality index is formula 5.Formula 8 had the earliest flowering,the most inflorescences,the height of the crown and the leaf area,the highest net photosynthetic rate,and the highest chlorophyll content.Formula 8 can provide an experimental basis for strawberry morning market and yield increase.In summary,formula 8 is the most suitable nutrient solution formula for akihiime strawberry hydroponic test.The formula is:472 g calcium nitrate tetrahydrate,303 g optassium nitrate,100 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate,246.5 g magnesium sulfate heptahydrate;ferrous sulfate heptahydrate 21 g,EDTA 26 g,boric acid 2.85 g,manganese sulfate tetrahydrate 2.4 g,zinc sulfate heptahydrate 0.16 g,Copper sulfate pentahydrate 0.1 g,ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate 0.01 g(per ton of water).
