In northeast China, corn is one of the crops that are cultivation in large areas, and at the some times is an important food, feed and industrial raw materials, and play an very important position in the national economy occupies. Jilin province is China’s corn grain, in resent years soil degradation are serious, especially in the central black soil zone:heavy metal pollution^soil physical properties deterioration the content of organic matter are down、Nutrient utilization rate drop and so on. Therefore this research using GPS positioning, fixed-point sampling in different growth stages and different soil corn, use the traditional methods in the laboratory determined the effective state trace elements copper, zinc, iron, manganese measuring of the160points of the118valid point on the soil. At the same time the determination results are statistical analysis on DPS, arcGIS software, And draw the distribution of the corn grain trace elements in jilin province soil, At the same time the distribution characteristics of trace element nutrient are detailed analysised. The region of trace elements and guidance of fertilizer and sustainable land use have the important meanings. The results of the study show that:(1) The trace elements variation distribution is different in the corn grain of jilin province, the variation coefficient most was between0.1and1.0, belong to moderate the variation, different season between different elements no obvious difference, the variation degree size:effective manganese> effective iron>effective nickel>copper> effective effective zinc.(2) The effective manganese throughout the growing season both showed a lot of variabilityin the corn grain in jilin province soil soil. pH and effective nickel present a very good symmetry, little variation, and soil effective iron, copper, zinc effective effective present a left distribution, including effective zinc of normal distribution is not obvious, the variation degree is slightly less than effective manganese.(3) The corn grain in jilin province soil major effective state of trace elements of normal distribution partial degree inspection:the effective nickel, zinc and copper effective normal distribution partial degree U value in the results show that:corn harvest and heading stage before, significant level; Effective manganese in corn, before heading to achieve significant level; Effective iron in corn harvest is significant. The kurtosis inspection results show that:the effective iron of normal distribution kurtosis test in the corn harvest, and before heading significant level, effective nickel in the corn harvest before and the significant level, effective manganese in corn kurtosis heading to significant level, effective zinc in corn, before heading to the kurtosis significant level, effective iron in corn ago to the significant level.(4) The corn grain soil effective iron in jilin province, effective manganese, effective nickel, copper and zinc are effective effective and pH negative correlation relationship, including effective copper, zinc, iron effective effective effective and nickel correlation coefficient reached differences significant level.(5) The corn grain in jilin province soil effective iron, effective nickel, effective manganese and pH of both showed obvious space variation trend of effective nickel and effective copper from northwest to southeast presents the first increases, the decrease in the trend, and the soil from the southeast to the northwest effective iron content gradually reduced, pH from southeast to the northwest content is increasing gradually. Soil effective zinc revealed a flake distribution. At the same time effective nickel, effective and efficient manganese bronze also showed obvious seasonal, the specific performance effective nickel manganese and effective in reducing trend after first increases, and the effective revealed a trend of gradual increase of copper.
