| Microelements have special physiological and pathological significance. They are not like protein, fat, vitamin and water can be synthesized or partially synthesized in human body.Trace elements must be taken from the outside through food. Therefore, the study of trace elements and aging cannot be separated from food, but also the base of food-soil,water and earth environment. The content and the form of trace elements directly affect the content and biological activity of Microelements in animals and plants, and further affect the health, aging and longevity of human body.In order to study the element content characteristics of soil, water and grain in Bama typical longevity area of Guangxi, samples of soil(n=89),samples of drinking water(n=36)and grain(n=97)were collected.Based on ICP-MS,ICP-OES and AFS,the data of three population censuses in the study area were collected and analyzed(1990-2010).Three main indicators of longevity,CH(percentage of centenarians per 100000 population),UOI(percentage of 80~90 in the total population)and LI(percentage of 90~100 in the total population),were selected to evaluate the level of longevity, and compared with other longevity areas and reference values at home and abroad.Using Spearman correlation, principal component analysis, multiple linear regression and other methods to explore longevity and trace element content and distribution,in order to provide reference for longevity area construction. The main research are:(1)he results showed that Se,Mo,Ni,Zn,Mn,Fe were high in soil,Li,Sr,V were high in drinking water,Co,Mo,Cr,Ca,Mn were high in rice or corn. These elements or combinations may be the main trace elements affecting health and longevity.(2)Compared with Jining of Shandong Province and Guanzhong of Shaanxi Province, the samples from Bama Changshou area are obviously rich in Ca,Cr,K,Mn,Na,Ni and Sr,but low in Cd,As,Co,Ga,Li and Pb.Compared with Guanzhong area in Shaanxi Province,Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province,Beijing and Northeast China, the main cations in groundwater(deep well water)of Changshou area in Jining City are ranked by weight as Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+>K+,and anions are ranked by weight as HCO3->SO42->Cl-;The weight order of main cation content in longevity area of Bama is Ca2+>Mg2+>Na+>K+,and the weight order of anion content is HCO3->SO42->Cl-;In the aspect of trace element composition,Bama longevity area is lower in Na,Mg,Ga,Li,Mo,B and higher in Co,F,Se than Jining longevity area in Shandong Province.(3)The correlation analysis showed that the correlation between the trace elements(Se,Mo,Ni,Zn)in rice, drinking water and soil and longevity index LI(%)was increasing;Stepwise multiple linear regression showed that the positive correlation between soil Se,Mo,Ni,Zn,Mn and longevity index LI(%)was closer;Principal component analysis showed that the correlation between Co and V,Fe,Be and Ca,P,Mg and Sr in soil,K,P,Mg,Zn and U in rice,As and Se,Ni,V,Co,Sr,Li and Fe in drinking water were stronger. |
