Parents complementary primers fit to the consistent identification of hybrid corn, was classified as basic core primers for species identification and Database. The other primers used for latest research results and the specific identification, is listed as the expand core primers3. Constructing DNA fingerprint database of2009,2010sweet, waxy maize varieties by using SSR molecular marker technology and the basic core primers.4. Using DNA fingerprinting database of corn varieties to evaluate the consistency and authenticity. Consistency result:The consistency of huyutian9, zhongtian1is low and lower respectively; Authenticity results:FN001, huameitian168, fenglenuoyu2, nongkeyuchaotianl, guangtian7, jinnuo5, xuenuo85, yanhejin208are slightly similar to the known library varieties.
