Potted landscape, with thousand years of history, is one of traditional garden art in china, which combines several methods including plant growing and artistic processing, is most welcome among people. At present, the research of potted landscape trees are mainly concentrating on cultivation and modeling, however the potted landscape plant’s rhizospheric microorganism. In this paper, the PCR-DGGE are used for comparative analysis of rhizospheric microorganism features of Syzygium grijsii, Pyracantha fortuneana, Acer buergerianum, Acer palmatum and Daphne odora, and adopt T-RFLP and clone and sequencing techniques to further research AMF, a functional microbial population of Syzygium grijsii.he result indicates that, PCR-DGGE is response very well to rhizosphere microbial, and DGGE map indicate obvious differences among the five different rhizosphere microorganisms. Rhizosphere microorganisms’trait varies dramatically among different trees, Acer palmatum has the highest biodiversity index of rhizosphere microorganisms, which is3.121, and Pyracantha fortuneana has the lowest biodiversity index of rhizosphere microorganisms, which is1.038. T-RFLP is a very effective method to study of functional microbial population. To make temporal dynamic analysis of Syzygium grijsii’s AM fungal population through T-RFLP methods. Based on the growing season, AMF community compositions of rhizosphere soil of Syzygium grijsi of different cultivation year is becoming unanimous as some point, which is mostly Nov to Dec, and the percentage of different species are some. If we can pinpoint the progress through clone and sequencing technique, to study potted landscape plant functional microorganisms and develop a method to evaluate ecological system health of potted landscape plant’s rhizosphere.
