By using pot planting and manual simulated-drought room, to study the effect of PP333and BRs on seedling growth and drought-resistant physiology of Euscaphis konishii under the drought stress. By determination of the processing plant, seedling height, root length, biomass, and physiological and biochemical indicators, screening can not only improve the drought resistance of seedlings, the growth of seedlings did not have much impact or seedlings of dwarf potted plant growth regulator and its use, to provide strong technical support to promote the use of seedlings. The results showed that:Sprayed with different concentrations of PP333and BRs, and two mixed solution had a greater influence on the scalloped Euscaphis konishii annual seedling growth. PP333prime role in the promotion of seedling height and root length growth, the spray concentration was0.05mg/L, seedling height, root length and biomass reached the maximum difference reached a significant level compared with the control. BRs and PP333mixed solution has a role in inhibition of seedling growth in the tested concentration range, with the increase of the spraying BRs concentration increased inhibition compared with the control seedling height differences reached significant levels. PP333on root length had no significant effect. Sprayed with different concentrations of BRs and PP333, seedling drought Ranking order: treatment Ⅶ(200mg/L PP333)> treatment VI (100mg/LPP333)> treatment V (200mg/L BRs+0.1mg/L PP333)> treatment Ⅷ(600mg/L, PP333)> treatment Ⅰ(0.01mg/L BRs)> treatment Ⅱ(0.05mg/L BRs) treatment Ⅲ(0.1mg/L, BRs)> treatment Ⅳ(0.5mg/L BRs)>treatment Ⅸ(ck). BRs and PP333factors are of drought and of the role, but PP333on seedling drought resistance of the effect was significantly better than BRs.The scalloped Euscaphis konishii seedlings Growth Law of the results showed that the seedling height growth of the peak period was from June to October, the ground portion of the underground part growth reached the peak time is from September to late October.Different times of spraying PP333on the physiological effects of seedling drought results showed that after spraying the300mg/L PP333in different months, the drought the scalloped Euscaphis konishii biennial seedlings descending order of:June> July> September> August, BRs best spraying time in June.
