In this study,Suffolk sheep×Duolang sheep hybrid lambs (called in short as:SaDuo)、Suffolk sheep×Karkol sheep hybrid lambs (called in short as:SaKa)、Karkol native sheep were studied as experimental material;Study the changes of growth performance, slaughter performance and lamb quality of hybrid lamb by three test procedures in order to assess the meat production and meat quality of SaDuo lambs are higher than the meat production and meat quality of SaKa lambs, and provide a theoretical basis to determine the suitability of the hybrid crosses. The results are following:1. The live weight of SaDuo F1is higher than SaKa lambs4.3kg, equal to the live weight of Saka F1lambs1.1times, increased10.1%, have a significant difference (P<0.05); the carcass weight is2.3kg high, quite equal to1.1times of the Saka1lambs, increased12.6%; slaughter rate is1.14%high, equal tol.02times of Saka F1lambs; the lean meat percentage is1.84%high, equal to1.02times of Saka F1lambs; Have a significant difference (P<0.01). The carcass weight is higher than Karkol native lambs3.6kg, is1.2times of Karkol native lambs, have a significant difference (P<0.01). the female lambs which are7months of age were significantly or very significantly higher than the peer female lamb (P<0.01);the slaughter weight, carcass weight and meat bones have significant difference(P<0.01) compared with gender, but have a trend that pear lambs are higher than female lambs.2. The meat color score of SaDuo F1lambs and SaKa F1Lambs are within3.24~3.3, light red, belongs to the normal color; the results showed that they have no significant difference between the meat samples of the experimental group. The meat color score of Saka F1lambs and SaKa F1female lambs are within3.171~3.24, are also light red, the meat color of lambs are bright red just like a rose, have a difference (P <0.05). The marbling score of SaDuo F1lambs and Saka F1lambs are within1.94~2.27, have a small amount of marbling, it is in line with the Marbling indicators which are the7-month-old lambs should be, have a difference (P<0.05). The marbling score of SaKa F1lambs and SaKa F1female lambs are within1.71~1.94, have a very small amount of marbling, have no significant difference. The loss water rate of SaDuo F1lambs is relatively lower than SaKa F1lambs, have a difference (P<0.05). The loss water rate of Saka F1lambs and SaKa F1female lambs are within17.92~19.78%, the loss water rate of hybrid female lambs are relatively higher than hybrid lambs, have a difference (P<0.05). The loss water rate of hybrid lambs is significantly lower than the loss water rate of native lambs. The pH in each group lambs to the meet of fresh meat standards.3. The crude protein content of SaKa F, is higher11.4%than SaKa F1female lambs, have a difference (P <0.05). But the crude fat and crude ash content of hybrid female lambs is higher than hybrid lambs, it is meet the standard that the intramuscular fat content of lambs is lower than female lambs. The crude protein content of hybrid lambs is relatively higher than native lambs,2.2%,8.8%high, respectively, have no significant difference (P>0.05). SaKa F1have the highest water content, it is higher21.6%than the water content of SaDuo F1lambs, have a difference (P<0.05). The water content of hybrid lambs is higher than hybrid female lambs and native lambs1.1%、4.3%, respectively, have no significant difference (P>0.05). The hybrid lambs in experimental group have the lowest VB1content, and also have the highest Vc content. The ranks of the total vitamin content are following:SaDuo F1lambs>SaKa F1lambs>SaKa F1female lambs>Kaokol lambs. The total mineral content of SaDuo lambs is lower2.8%than the total mineral content of SaKa lambs, the total mineral contents of between SaKa lambs and SaKa female lambs are equal, and have no difference. Native lambs have the lowest mineral content, have a difference. From the point of total content of the nine essential amino acids, the proportion of essential amino acids of SaDuo F1lambs is9.01%、the proportion of Non-essential amino acids is9.02%、the total amino acid proportion is18%, it is contents is abundant.In the hybrid lambs, The contents of essential amino acids including:(leucine, lysine, arginine, threonine) within the essential amino acids are rich than other essential amino acids, the proportion in total amino acid of the essential amino acids very high.
