With the improvement of peopled quality of life,the demand for meat products and meat quality are constantly improving.At present,reducing drug residues in animal products and ensuring green food safety are also increasingly valued by the public.Therefore,the addition of antibiotics and other drugs to animal feed in recent years is being severely restricted.The research found that the enzyme preparation has strong biological functions and is environmentally friendly,which has the potential advantage of becoming an alternative to antibiotics.In this paper,the effects of spider enzyme on milk production performance and health status of dairy cows,production performance and carcass quality of large-tailed Han sheep were studied,and the application efficiency and appropriate dosage of spider enzyme in actual farming production were explored in order to promote the application of spider enzyme in the market.It has a positive significance for developing green,environmental protection feed and promoting farming efficiency.Experiment 1:Effect of spider enzyme on production performance and serum physicochemical properties of lactating dairy cowsAccording to the principle that the body weight,lactation days and milk yield of lactating cows were similar or similar,40 cows in the middle and late lactation period were divided into 4 treatment groups with different contents of spider enzyme respectively.The pre-experiment was carried out for 3 days,and the formal experiment was carried out for 18 days.The treatment group was as follows:control group(basic diet),test group ?:basic diet+10g/(head·d),test group ?:basic diet+15g/(head·d),test group ?:basic diet+20g/(head·d).The results were as follows:(1)The milk yield of lactating cows showed a decreasing trend in the whole experimental stage,and there was no significant difference between the milk yield of the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Comparing the milk production of each group before and after the experiment,it was found that the average daily milk production of control group decreased by 5.58%,and that of group?,? and ? decreased by 4.87%,2.58%and 4.78%.The results of this study indicate that the addition of the spider enzyme preparation has a certain degree of promotion of milk production.(2)After adding spider enzymes to the diet,some milk components of the lactating cows have obvious changes.The number of breast cells in test groups ?,?,and ? was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lactose rate of the test group ? was significantly improved by 4.06%compared with the test group ?.The milk urea nitrogen content of the test group ? was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the other indicators(P>0.05).It indicates that the spider enzyme additive can increase the milk fat level,reduce the number of breast cells and improve the milk quality.(3)The experiment showed that the ALT activity of the experimental group ? was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The GLU concentration in the experimental group ? was significantly higher than that in the control group and the experimental group ?(P<0.05).The TCHO concentrations in the test groups ?and ? were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other serum biochemical parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).It shows that the addition of spider enzyme does not adversely affect the serum biochemistry of lactating cows.Summarizing the test results,the addition of spider enzyme can promote the milk yield of dairy cows to a certain extent,improve the quality of milk,and will not adversely affect the serum biochemistry of lactating dairy cows.It is recommended that the amount of spider enzyme added to the lactating cow is 10g/(head·d).Experiment 2:Effect of Spider Enzyme Preparation on Production Performance,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Big Tail Han SheepA single factor randomized trial was conducted in which 40 healthy male sheep(about 35 kg)were randomly divided into groups.The experiment was divided into four groups,each group consisted of 10 large-tailed Han sheep.The pre-experiment lasted 7 days,and the formal experiment lasted 27 days.The treatment groups were as follows:control group(basal diet),experimental group I(basal diet with 250 g/t spider enzyme),experimental group ?(basal diet with 500 g/t spider enzyme)and experimental group ?(basal diet with 750 g/t spider enzyme).The results showed that:(1)The experiment showed that the addition of spider enzymes to the diets of the big-tailed Han sheep had a certain degree of promotion on the production performance of the big-tailed Han sheep.The average daily average weight of the big tailed Han sheep in the experimental group ? was significantly higher than that in the control group and the experimental group ?(P<0.05),which was 15.38%and 11.11%higher than that of the control group.There were no significant differences in other indicators among the groups(P>0.05).It indicated that the addition of spider enzyme preparations to the diet of the big-tailed Han sheep can promote the growth performance of the big-tailed Han sheep,and appropriately reduce the material to weight ratio and save costs.(2)The slaughter rate of each test group increased to a certain extent compared with the control group,which increased by 3.40%,7.10%,and 3.04%,respectively.There was no difference in net meat rate,meat-bone ratio and eye muscle area between the groups(P>0.05).It indicated that the addition of spider enzymes to the big-tailed Han sheep diet could improve the meat-producing ability of the big-tailed Han sheep,but the test results were not significantly different due to the short test period.(3)As can be seen from table 3,the drip loss of test group? was significantly reduced by 14.39%(P<0.05)compared with that of control group,while the drip loss of test group ? and ? was reduced by 5.04%and 4.68%respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no difference in other groups(P>0.05).Generally speaking,the changes of meat quality data indicate that spider enzyme preparation can promote the meat production ability of large-tailed Han sheep to a certain extent,reduce the drip loss of mutton,and improve the tenderness of mutton.
