To study the relationship between the spatial temporal changes ofbiliverdin in the shell gland and the egg quality of Green-Eggshell of Lushi Chickenand provide theories basis for production and farming of Lushi Green-EggshellChicken.we used the anatomy technology、histochemistry technology、Molecularbiology techniques to detecte the biliverdin content in green egg shell、Egg quality、The villi height of green shell hens eggshell gland、The biliverdin content of greenshell hens eggshell gland、the HO-1mRNA Relative expression in eggshell gland ofgreen egg-shell of Lushi Chicken in22weeks to31weeks. The results showed that:(1)The biliverdin content of Green shell eggs eggshell in Green-Eggshell of LushiChicken presented first decreases and then increases and then decreases as thefluctuation. The biliverdin content in the eggshell in twenty-second weeks was higherthan that in twenty-fifth weeks,and the differences between then were significant.Thebiliverdin content in the eggshell in twenty-eighth weeks was higher than that intwenty-fifth weeks,and the differences between then were significant.(2)In the22-31week age egg quality of the Green-Eggshell of Lushi Chickenincreased as the week age. Yolk weight increased gradually,and there was a significantdifference between them.(3)In the22-31week age the villus height of the egg shell in Green-Eggshell ofLushi Chicken increased gradually,and the villus height in twenty-second weeks had asignificant difference from that in twenty-fifth weeks, twenty-eighth weeks andthirty-first weeks.(4)In the22-31week age the biliverdin content of Green shell eggs eggshell inGreen-Eggshell of Lushi Chicken increased gradually, and the biliverdin content intwenty-second weeks had a significant difference from that in twenty-fifth weeks,twenty-eighth weeks and thirty-first weeks.(5)The heme oxygenase-1mRNA relative expression quantity in Green-Eggshellof Lushi Chicken presented the first increased and then decreased and stable as thefluctuation. The heme oxygenase-1mRNA relative expression quantity in twenty-fifthweeks was significant higher than that in in twenty-second weeks, twenty-eighthweeks and thirty-first weeks.
