The cross was made by Green shell egg female with no green shell egg male andgreen shell egg line was breeded. Two crossbreeds of F1 generation of 200-day-oldwere selected for the test. The first F1 were hybridized respectively with green-shellegg layers,ISA-brown egg layers,Hy-Line-white egg layers,pure line green-shellegg layers and the female line of ISA-brown egg layers. The second Flwerehybridized with pure line green-shell egg layers and Hy-Line-white egg layers. The200 green-shell egg layers were randomly divided into 5groups for nutritional test.GroupⅠ~Ⅳwere test groups with basic feed and different additives while groupⅤwas control with basic feed. The results showed that:1.The egg colour of green-shell and no green-shell was controlled by a pair ofgene. The gene of green-shell is dominant to no green-shell. The green-shell egg linewas breed by selecting. The crossbreeds F1 of pure green-shell egg male mated withno green-shell egg female layed green-shell eggs.2.The egg quality of green-shell egg layers is better than that of Hy-Line egglayers. The egg quality of the F1 from green-shell egg layers and Hy-Line egg layersdemonstrated a good effect. The results also showed that the green shell eggs' qualityis better than other kinds of eggs' quality. The chicken breed has significant effect onegg quality.3.No significant difference was found among trial groups. Vitamine A,VitamineE and several trace elements selenium,Zinc and Iodine of group 4 was higher thanthat of other groups. The Cholestol was lower than that of other groups. So theingredient formulation 4 is the best.
