Analysis of.NCOAI genetic variation.Construct DNA pools with extracted piggenome DNA,to sequence mixed DNA pools for extreme properties.,found possiblepolymorphic locis exist in exon3,8and12,design primers respectively,use PCR-RFLPand detected3SNP locus in exon3,8and12is G223A,T196C,T427C.Sequencing resultindicate the3SNP locus is G/A,T/C,T/C mutation respectively. All3locis have2allelesand3genotypes. Genetic variation analysis shows, A(0.509) is advantage alleles onG223A.Advantage genotype is AB(0.624).The loci is on nonequilibrium condition ofHardy-Weinberg.
