Based on the decrese of Yellow River water for irrigation, and the natural condition, social economic conditions and agricultural production conditions, analysis water flow movement and irrigation efficiency on field to provide the surface irrigation technology foundation, establish high quality technical factors of irrigation water combination. The main conclusion include as follows:1、According to the field measured irrigation data to calculate the soil infiltration parameters WinSRFR3.1, improved Maheshwari and nonlinear regression model,the results indicating:soil infiltration parameters calculated by WinSRFR3.1model are closer to the actual soil infiltration parameter, this model has fast speed of Calculation and high precision. According to the results from three models:the first soil infiltration parameters is the biggest; the soil infiltration parameters by laser precision land leveling are smaller than by traditional land leveling.2、Appraise the current irrigation efficiency by the WinSRFR3.1model, and analysis irrigation performance on ground water:when the infiltration parameters and irrigation technological elements are all same, application efficiency,distribution uniformity and adequacy wil be increasing with increasing unit dischargr, slop, roughness,length and width, then reducing go on with increasing these elements; the deep percolation is opposite to application efficiency,distribution uniformity and adequacy. The most suitable combination of irrigation technology elements for Hetao area:slop should be designed in0.5‰-1.0‰, unit discharge should be selected in1.2~6.0, border width should be selected in10-15m.3、Analysis the laser precision land leveling on the leveling degree and water-saving effect to know that can greatly improve the Land leveling precision and the distribution of Ups and downs, and realize the land leveling precision which conventional land cannot reach; the laser precision land leveling can increase irrigation efficiency by9.4%, uniformity by8.1%, reduce deep percolation by17mm and save water by9.7%, thus the increase of irrigation performance and water saving effect are highly significant.
