Water-saving irrigation in hetao irrigation area as the research background in this paper, based on the actuality hetao area border check condition, on the ground level of technology and laser furrowed field irrigation technology is studied, for the implementation of the hetao irrigation water-saving irrigation technology and the level of border check transformation to provide technical support, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) On the ground laser technology experiment analysis, combining with the field application shows that the laser level ground before, need to measure the relative elevation of border check. According to the measured relative altitude, draw border check "filling digging curve","filling digging curve" choice for border check based on the actual situation of laser grader driving route. After laser flat, greatly improve the leveling precision of border check, laser flat technology greatly improves the whole strip check the distribution of the rolling on the ground. Strip check area is larger, the more conducive to the operation of laser grader, the greater the efficiency. Laser level ground can increase crop yield, improve crop water use efficiency and water productivity, increase the income of the farmers. By TOPSIS model of comprehensive evaluation, the field size is less than1.65acres of the traditional flat to flat of farm land, field size is greater than1.65acres of place of the farm land by laser the ground is flat and level.(2) Using WinSRFR4.1model to estimate of horizontal soil infiltration parameters of border check, the simulation result shows that the level of border check each handle with the increase of irrigation frequency, soil infiltration coefficient decreases, namely with the increase of irrigation frequency, soil water infiltration capacity decreases. Horizontal border check compared with conventional soil infiltration parameters of border check, regular border check soil infiltration coefficient is greater than the soil infiltration coefficient of horizontal border check, the reason is that the laser flat increase soil compaction degree, reduce soil water infiltration capacity. The water flow advance and retreat contrast analysis shows that the simulated values and the measured values WinSRFR4.1model has simulation accuracy.(3) Using WinSRFR4.1model and field test on the test process for water quality evaluation, the evaluation result shows that WinSRFR4.1model to simulate the water quality of error is small, further validation WinSRFR4.1model to simulate water quality with high precision. Horizontal border check irrigation technology in raising the quality of strip check water effect is remarkable.(4) Using WinSRFR4.1model for different irrigation technical elements to simulate the horizontal border check analysis, it is concluded that different combination of water quality factors of irrigation technology. According to the actuality of hetao irrigation area of border check actual conditions, the guarantee level of border check water quality meet the requirements (AE>85%, DU>80%, AD>80%) under the premise of improve the level of border check area, saving time and labor for the land utilization, is enhanced."Accordingly, furrowed field horizontal border check renovation of hetao irrigation district, together with the present situation of border check, horizontal border check can use50m, the width of strip check field of slope using0per thousand.
