This paper introduced forage grass classification index (GI), combination effect composite index (MFAEI) and optimization raise design, used agricultural and farming-pastoral areas rich forage resources, combined in Vitro and In Vivo digestion to combine and select forage grass scientifically Based on the lowest prices and GI value maximization to select twenty grass combination, studied on optimizing formula combination and screening of forage grass based on the preliminary selection of forage formula combining MFAEI index. Finally, the effectiveness of optimized combination design was studied by production performance and digestion metabolism of sheep, which aimed to offer a reliable Technical basis for optimization breeding design of grass feeding livestock and utilizing forage grass scientifically. Some Results as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of conventional nutrients、ME and DMI, the test5kinds of material quality.the quality evaluation result as follows:alfalfa> Astragalus adsurgens> Lolium multiflorum> Sorghum-Sudan> Pennisetum alopecuroides.(2)Through the comparative analysis of GI、GI′、GI″,it can be perceived when the Fiber index was ADL,the results of Classification index was more reliable and the grade was obviously nearer the practical feeding situation.(3)Through in vitro method in this experiment to test the combination of forage grass, the result showed that Gramineae forage and Legume forage had the obvious combination effect.(4)Based on value GI and MFAEI of forage grass, eventually selected three the optimal combination from138kind of forage grass combination:group1, Alfalfa/Lolium multiflorum:60/40; group2, Alfalfa/Astragalusadsurgens/Lolium multiflorum:40/40/20; group3, Alfalfa/Astragalusadsurgens/Pennisetum alopecuroides:40/40/20.
