In this experiment the Pinus tabulaeformis as the research object, through the use of Rhizopogon luteolus, Leucocortinarius bulbiger, Suillus bovinus, Suillus grevillei four kinds of Ectomycorrhizal fungi on annual of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings of mycorrhizal infection research synthesis, objective to be aware of these species and Pinus tabulaeformis symbiosis, thereby screening out of Pinus tabulaeformis and fungi fungus tree best combination, to provide technical support for production practice. The results show that:(1) In pure culture condition, Rhizopogon luteolus, Suillus bovinus, Suillus grevillei are suitable for MMN plate culture medium suitable for the growth of, and Leucocortinarius bulbiger Sing fit in a PACH plate culture medium on the growth of.(2) Rhizopogon luteolus, Leucocortinarius bulbiger and Pinus tabulaeformis was formed in two typical forked mycorrhiza or rod-like mycorrhizal, two fork mycorrhizal accounted for90%and70%, respectively10%and30%. The extension of the surface form mycorrhizae mycorrhizal hyphae clear, Rhizopogon luteolus and Pinus tabulaeformis form mycorrhizal hyphal extension cords, stout, longer; Leucocor tinariusbulbiger and Pinus tabulaeformis form mycorrhizal hyphal extension cottony, individual hyphae is fine, a rope, and the former was short, two species of fungi form mycorrhizal hyphal extension are easily distinguished; and Suillus bovinus and Pinus tabulaeformis form mycorrhizal two forked majority, surface bacteria set is not obvio-us, almost see external hyphae, mycorrhizal infection rate did not exceed20%; and Suillus grevillei not associated with Pinus tabulaeformis mycorrhizae.(3) Test shows that:The inoculum of four species of ectomycorrhizal fungi, Rhizopogon luteolus, Leucocortinarius bulbiger,Suillus bovinus and Pinus tabulaeformis form mycorrhizae on the growth of Pinus tabulaeformis and significant contribution. Inoculation of Ectomycorrhizal Fungus Suillus grevillei strains of Pinus tabulaeformis growth was significantly lower than the previous three kinds of treatment.
