| It was studied that the contrastion between different fertilizer levels and zero fertilizer by same fertilizer of Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth. and P. dolabratum Maxim. analysis by chemical constituents and determination on soluble suger, protein, free amino acid, vitamin C and the content of nitrate nitrogen variation of leaves of Pugionium Gaertn. plants, discussed effects of different fertilizer levels, yield and quality of Pugionium Gaertn. The results showed:1. In0~4000kg-667m-2range, Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth. and P. dolabratum Maxim.extend with increase of fertilizer, when the fertilization level reached to2000kg-667m-2,the increased amplitude is the biggest.2. The content of soluble sugar, protein, free amino acid and vitamin C first increased and then reduced with the increase of fertilizer of Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth.and P. dolabratum Maxim.When the fertilization level is2000kg-667m-2, each index reached the maximum, through analysis of variance, the indicators with the blank test reached extremely significant differernce. With the harvest period, in second harvest time period and the third period the indicators reached higher level, the indicators content showed a downward trend, description from the second harvest time began, Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth. and P. dolabratum Maxim. reached to exuberant growth period,but the forth harvest time reached to recession, physiological indexes droped.3. The number of leaves increased with the increased of nitrate nitrogen among process on Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth. and P. dolabratum Maxim. When fertilizater is4000kg-667m’2, each indexes reached peak:2886.87mg-kg-1and2631.36mg-kg-1. But the harvest time showed downtrend, indicate that plants which in the vegetative growth need to absorb large amounts of nitrogen element in organic synthesis, when the fertilizer increased, the content of nitrogen higher than the contrast test.The principal results were as follows:Increasing fertilizer can prominently promote Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth. and P. dolabratum Maxim. yields under the fertilizer at level of0~4000kg-667m-2.When the fertilization level reached to2000kg·667m-2, the increased amplitude is the biggest.Each indexes reached to the peak but nitrate nitrogen didn’t. So tertilization level reached to2000kg-667m-2is a good fertilization scheme. |
