This experiment was performed in the Kiwi Scientific Research Base of the Natural Resources Institute of Sichuan province,in Xia yuan village, Jian di town of Shifang city. With three Actinidia arguta strains as test materials, AA,067, and073.Their phenophase, blossom characteristics, the inner and appearance quality of fruit were all investigated, the cultivation technique of the Actinidia arguta were stated systematically as well.The results were as follows:1. Phenophases of three strains for Actinidia arguta reflected the basic consistency,but it also had a little difference. Three kinds of strains performed phenophase relatively consistent started the period of injury flow in mid-February, germinated in early march;in the middle, grew leaves;in the late march, grew new twigs;till mid April it budded, they boomed into blossoms from late April to early May, then bore fruits from then on. This wouldn’t stop till the middle of August, when the fruits grew ripe.Hence,in November, leaves began to fall.The annual growth last for about250days or so. But the phenophase of073was3to5days latter than AA and067except blossom and fruits riped period.2. Blossom characteristics of three Actinidia arguta strains were similarities also it had difference in many way. The survey showed, three Actinidia arguta strains were for the inflorescence, side take1-3parts. Three Actinidia arguta strains flowers’petale top corrugation degrees were extremely slight. The shaft side for petals were monochrome, the main color of the petals inside was green white. The color of the filaments, the anther and the style were the same,white filament, black anther, and white style.Three Actinidia arguta strains in the flowering of the quantity property (flowers handle long, calyx number, diameter, number of flowers style) there exist significant differences between. Took a long handle073>067>AA. Three Actinidia arguta strains were flowers calyx number about five, AA calyx number for five or six or for,067and073calyx number of four or five. AA calyx was red-brown, while067and073cups were green. The diameter of the materials’ flowers differed significantly,073>AA>067.AA and067 petals overlapped at the base, but073petals just connectted to the base. Three kinds of materials for specific performance of flowers style AA>073>067. In addition, material AA and067style was inclined born posture, and073style was horizontal posture.3. The quality identification of the fruit:from appearance, the fruit weight,shape,pulp between color of the three Actinidia arguta strains were different,and their fruits skins were dark green, ripe fruit was greenish skin still. Actinidia arguta belonged to the small fruit group,AA fruit weighed9.02g, maximum of12.23g;067fruits weighed8.31g, maximum15.02g;073fruits weighed7.03g, maximum of12.10g. Cross-section of AA and073were suborbicular,067fruits were circular cross-section. AA pulp for green light, and067and073fruit pulp was green.As for the internal quality of the fruits, the three Actinidia arguta strains varied greatly in soluble solids, vitamin C content, dry matter contents and the titrable acidity,but the three strains’ sugar content were approached.Soluble solid contents of073was the highest, at21.30%, followed by AA, to15.40%,067fruit soluble solid content was the lowest, only8.68%. Soluble solids data from the test, it was known that073was optimal, followed by AA,067was poor. The fruits’ content of vitamin C extent changed also, there were significant difference among, AA vitamin C content87.5mg/100g for the highest, and the second was067content34.6mg/100g,073vitamin C content19.6mg/100g relative these three was the lowest, but the level of vitamin C content had significantly higher than that of lots of other fruits.073dry matter content of23.12%was the highest, AA and067dry matter content of21.05%and19.34%. The titrable acidity of fruits was used to reflect the acid amount, three strains’ acidity content changed greatly, the change rate was of1.22%~8.76%.The total sugar content of the strains fruits approached,073total sugar content8.75%was the highest, followed by AA total sugar content was8.47%, the last067total sugar content was8.21%.Above all,073was the best among the three Actinidia arguta strains.4. Cultivation technique, there were two outstanding points of Actinidia arguta cultivation,chose the suitable natural conditions for the garden was the first; the other point was to do a good job in fertilezer management and flowers&furits management.073adaptted to soil, air temperature, the altitude, rainfall nicely.Generally, area with average temperature>11℃, altitude1300m below, slight acidic soil, permeability soil area all suitted to cultivate. Actinidia arguta need much fertilizer,followed the principles of repeatting small fertilization, plowed as deep as about60cm, and fertilized well to improve the quality of the soil. Five times a year fertilized, their fertilized time was,before bleeding period,2or3weeks after leafing stage, before flower blossomed,4weeks after bloom, between mature period and leaf fall period. Actinidia arguta result rate was highly, and it almost had no physical medium, so we needed to keep proper flower number and proper fruit number, in the lateral buds after about2weeks separated thickness according to the strength of the reserve number bud, or not only to disease of flower, but injuried, incompleted and small fruits, etc. Finally, we reaped Actinidia arguta fruits when its Soluble solid content reached7%in August.
