In this paper, the genetic diversity were analysed and studied,the genetic diversity based on phenotypic characteristics and SSR molecular marker data among80resources,most of the summer soybean germplasm were from Sichuan Province,six were from Chongqing,three were from Jiangsu Province,one was from Shanxi,one was from Guizhou,and one was from Vietnam. Our aim was to provide a theoretical basis for innovating and using of Sichuan province summer soybean germplasm. The main results are as following:1. The genetic diversity study based on phenotypic characteristics among80summer soybean germplasm.The Shanon-weaver genetic diversity index were ranging from0.3596to2.0402, and their average was1.6436.This showed that the genetic diversity based on morphological traits, was relatively rich among summer soybean germplasm.2. The correlation coefficient based on phenotypic characteristics among the80materials, we can see that it was intricate relationship between the each traits. Plot yield was Highly significant positive correlation with yield components,such as the number of plant effective pod,individual plant grains,hundred grain weight,.Plot yield was not significantly correlated with morphological traits, such as plant height,the number of nodes on main stem,the number of plant branches and the growth period.3. The principal component was analysed among the80summer soybean, the results showed,the first four principal components were sufficient to reflect all the traits of the80copies of summer soybean.The composition of production was main in the second and third principal components, the plant height was main in the first principal components, growth period was main in the first and third principal components.4. According to the clustering results based on phenotypic characteristics among summer soybean germplasm.The euclidean genetic distance was about4.65as the threshold,tested soybean materials were divided into seven categories,and xiaohuang dou2, texuan11-1, xiaohuangdoul was separately clustered into one category.The fifth major category,which included41materials,could be divided into three sub-categories.The clustering results was through agronomic traits,which was relationship with hundred grain weight,growth period,plant height,the number plant effective branches and the rate of vegetative stage and reproductive growth; but was little relationship with geographical origin.5. The genetic diversity analyze based on31SSR loci among80summer soybean germplasm,125alleles were detected in80copies tested materials,the allelic variation range per locus were2to8.The average number of allelic variation was four.The distribution range of Simpson index of each SSR locus were0.0500~0.7909.the average of Simpson index was0.5045.The distribution range of Shonnon-weave index of each SSR locus were0.1342~1.6403.the average of Shonnon-weave index was0.9420, the genetic diversity based on molecular level, was also relatively rich among summer soybean germplasm.6. The genetic similarity coefficient was range from0.5280to1.0000,the average was0.7327.In the other words,the genetic variation was abundant among the tested materials.and the relationship was closer.the similarity coefficient of0.717was as the threshold,the tested materials were divided into eleven major categories.and the third category was further divided into four sub-categories. the clustering figure based on SSR data,we can seen that the results of clustering was relationship with plant height,growth period and hundred grain weight,but was not relationship with geographical origin.
