Modernized Agriculture put forward higher requests for plant protection equipments.The control efficiency of thermal fogger, which was widely used in the forest pest andanti-epidemic field before, is next to that of airplane. It is difficult of thermal fogger to beapplied in controlling crops pests for vector of diesel, compatibility with the market salesof pesticides, and pollution of thermal fog. The thermal fog vector and surfactant, whichcould make the nuclei of condensation water suspension stabilized were screened out forcrop diseases and pests control in this article. On this basis, surfactant mixture, whichcould make the nuclei of condensation water suspension stabilized were researched andprocessed into thermal fog stabilizer in preliminary. The mediation compatible ability withpesticides and water on diesel was tested. The pesticides thermal fog distribution,deposition and the pest disease control effect were also researched. The main results are asfollows.1. Five thermal fog vectors were tested in the experiment, all of them had good smokeeffect.With diesel as a vector, and the thermal fog diffuses about2meters at5metersdistance, while the horizontal distance5-10meters, the height of thermal fog was about3meters. The thermal fog diffuses about5meters height at the range of horizontal distance20meters.2. The results of the surfactant singal screening and surfactant mixture screeningshowed that fatty alcohols and ethylene oxide condensation series (B1, B3), water losssorbitol fatty acid ester series (D1, D4), fatty alcohols oxygen vinyl ether series (I1, I2)surfactants had good emulsification effect to the nuclei of condensation water suspension.The results of the surfactant mixture screening show that I2B1、I2B1、D4B1at the ratio6.3%6.3%、6.3%6.0%、2.0%3.9%could make the5%of the attapulgite water suspensionstabilized within48hours. D4B1, D4I1at the ratio4.57%4.73%、5.51%4.88%couldmake the10%of the cilica water suspension stabilized. D4I1, D4B1at the ratio6.30%6.30%,6.30%6.30%could make the10.0%of kaolin water suspension stabilized.D1B3, D1I2at the ratio6.30%2.63%,6.30%6.30%could make the diatomite watersuspension stabilized.There is no effect of the surfactant mixture to the10.0%heavycalcium water suspension, the surfactant B1had the significant effect.3.The results of compatibility of stabilizers with a thermal fog vector, pesticides,water, the settlement effects, and the optimization of stabilizer formula test showed that thestabilizer ATB(6.30%I26.30%B1)、BTH(4.57%D44.37%B1)、BTH(5.51%D44.88%I1)、GLT(6.30%D46.00%I2)、GZT(6.30%D12.26%B3)、ZG(0.00%I16.30%B1) almost couldmake the pesticides, thermal fog vector and water compatibility. StabilizerATB(6.30%I26.30%B1)、BTH(4.57%D44.37%B1) at the size3.5-4.0μm, the thermal fogdroplets height is the minimumst of the others, GLT(6.30%D46.00%I2)、GZT(6.30%D12.26%B3)、ZG(0.00%I16.30%B1) at the size5.5-6.0μm, the thermal fogdroplets height is the minimumst of the others. Cilica stabilizer orthogonal test resultsshow that, the poor RK=8.87>RM=7.43>RJ=5.90>RL=5.13, it can be seen that the factors Kis the biggest influence of the rate of suspended.After heat storage, experimental3suspended rate is98.00%, stability, dispersion, liquidity are well, each factor content respectively is four persent of M, three persent of K, point five persent of L, point onepersent of J.4. The distribution test of thermal fog droplets including pesticides in the field,sedimentary and control effect experimental results appear that, in the field of corn, withthe range of25meters, the amount of the thermal fog droplets is reduce with the spreaddistance increases, the number of droplets on the positive of slides is between119cm-2and345cm-2, the number of droplets on the objective of slides is between54cm-2and130cm-2.In the field of rape, the number of droplets on the positive of slides is between150cm-2and300cm-2, the number of droplets on the objective of slides is between50cm-2and140cm-2.Three kinds of pesticide sprayers, the total content of carbendazim on the rape leaves isalmost consistent, the contant of carbendazim is almost consisitent on the upper, middleand lower leaves under the thermal fogger, the contant of carbendazim on the upper,middle and lower leaves respectively is31.9561mg/L,21.6058mg/L,11.6679mg/L underthe sprayer, the contant of carbendazim on the upper, middle and lower leaves respectivelyis48.9354mg/L,25.2440mg/L,23.3763mg/L under the mist sprayer, the contant ofcarbendazim on the upper, middle and lower leaves respectively is33.7894mg/Lrespectively, and25.7486mg/L,28.5696mg/L under the thermal fogger. In the total, bythe thermal fogger, the percentage of pesticides deposition is shared upto3.26,by thesprayer and mist sprayer respectively is21.10%,28.39%. The control effect by the thermalfogger is higher than the mist sprayer, for the Corn Southern Leaf Blight, Corn SheathBlight and the Corn aphids, the control effect,respectively, is38.5%,36.4%,92.4%by themist sprayer, the control effect is67.3%,60.7%,96.5%,respectively,by the thermal foggerjion with stabilizer A, the control effect is71.2%,76.4%,97.8%by the thermal fogger jionwith stabilizer B.
