Even Mushroom was a rich nutrition and diet value healthy food and had a longhistory of cultivation in our country.However, In fact,we had to use pesticide tocontrol the occurrence of insect pests and use a kind of pesticide to remain cropsstraw, wood as its substrate, which made even mushroom absorbe and enrich somepesticides and be harmful to health of customers. Therefore, the problem of thepesticide residue for mushroom has been given more attention.This article described Iprodione and Prochloraz two pesticides as the researchobject, studied the residue digestion dynamics and eventually residues in evenmushroom and substrate.The main results of the research were as follows:1. Residual analytical methods of Iprodione and Prochloraz in even mush-room and its substrate.The method of Iprodione in mushroom was using acetonitrile as extractionsolvent, Florisil as its purification,detected by HPLC Photodiode array detector,external standard method quantitative.The results showed that with the level offortification ranging from0.01mg/kg~0.2mg/kg,the recoveries of Iprodione inmushroom was ranged between85.0%~97.8%,RSD was ranged between2.33%~10.3%.The method of Iprodione on substrate was using acetonitrile and acetone asextraction solvent Florisil as its purification Mechanical oscillation after uLtrasonicoscillations detected by HPLC Photodiode array detector, external standard methodquantitative.The resuLts showed that with the level of fortification ranging from0.2mg/kg~4mg/kg,the recoveries of Iprodione in even mushroom was rangedbetween78.7%~95.0%,RSD was ranged between3.02%~7.82%.The method of Prochloraz in even mushroom was using acetonitrile as extractionsolvent Florisil as its purification detected by HPLC Photodiode array detector,external standard method quantitative.The results showed that with the level offortification ranging from0.2mg/kg~4mg/kg,the recoveries of Prochloraz in evenmushroom was ranged between72.0%~87.1%%,RSD was ranged between7.04%~8.27%. The method of Prochloraz in substrate was using Ethyl acetate andacetone as extraction solvent, Florisil as its purification Mechanical oscillation afterultrasonic oscillations detected by HPLC Photodiode array detector, externalstandard method quantitative.The results showed that with the level of fortification ranging from0.01mg/kg~0.2mg/kg,the recoveries of Prochloraz in even mushroomwas73.7%~87.3%,RSD was ranged between1.02%~9.92%.The results showed that both Iprodione and Prochloraz methods accorded withdemands of pesticide residue analysis.2. Iprodione and Prochloraz’s residue digestion dynamics in even mush-room and substrateThe results of Iprodione and Prochloraz residue digestion dynamics showedthat: The residue of Iprodione in even mushroom was lower than detection limitbelow, the degradation half-life of Iprodione in substrate was52.16d. he residue ofProchloraz in even mushroom was lower than detection limit below, the degradationhalf-life of Prochloraz in substrate was52.16d.The results of finally residues in even mushroom and substrate showed that:After using mix pesticide thickly, The residue of Iprodione and Prochloraz in evenmushroom was lower than detection limit below, the quality of mushroom was safeto eat, The residue of Iprodione and Prochloraz in substrate Remain high content, butnot affect the final even mushroom edible.3. Iprodione and Prochloraz spray test processing in even mushroomIprodione and Prochloraz spray test processing in even mushroom resultsshowed that: bacteria stopped growing after treatment and the even mushroom beganto dehydration from inner to outer. Finally, the mushroom was died, so gradually,Iprodione and Prochloraz didn’t fit as even mushroom spray, but can mix pesticidethickly.
